Service not delivered as requested double payment taken, no refund
Booked a doctor consultation and paid through the web. Subsequently asked to also pay through the app as showed “not paid”. Doctor then said she was not available due to private issues. Refund request submitted for double charge, with no reply. I’m an accountant / ex-auditor and this feels like a scam. Be careful.

It's a great app for Filipinos abroad who like to be seen by our Doctors in the Philippines. It helps us get a consultation straight away and ask for advice.

Love the app, hate the doctors
Avoid Derma BEATRICE MAXINE CHAN at all cost. Asked the most basic questions for 30 seconds and spitted out prescriptions right away, that’s it. I wasn’t even done talking and she kept cutting me off. That’s P1,200 folks, what a ripoff. The app has no way to rate the doctors too so… I guess I’m back to finding a better virtual consult app.

Unprofessional Doctor
I live here in US and I have an appointment with one the REIs named Dr. Cialuj Teza Agbayani. I missed my first appointment and I rebooked it. The second one was not successful because the secretary told that she’s really busy, the third booking came and I already gave up as I waited for hours because the doctor has a procedure going on. It’s very disappointing because they didn’t respect my time. She cannot manage handling her own schedule for the patients. Please, if you can’t commit to your patients online, don’t involve yourself to this kind of online consultation because your just wasting the time of your patients if you’re always late to show up.

Every consultation Ice had had been exceptional. Saved me so much time and hassle dealing with local Medical Centers. Pathology requests, prescriptions delivered to inbox.

Better than the web-based appointment system I was using.
Good thing my doctor introduced me to this app, It’s now easier to book appointments with her. All my prescriptions are easier to find too. I also use the app to book consultations for my family.

Best ophthalmologist I’ve come to know—-sensitive and never in a rush when he sees his patients. A real doctor who cares and understands his patient. A great teacher too!

Scheduling problem
This app does not allow scheduling 2 Doctors on the same day in the same hospital. It doesn’t allow rescheduling, instead it cancels the appointments and blocks the customer. Why can’t the company make hourly appointments so that customers (patients) can schedule appointments on the same day in the same hospital?

Hey there, thanks for the feedback. :) Just to clarify, scheduling will depend on the doctor which is why there is no option to set a time as well.
It Freezes!!!
It freezes everytime I try to register my phone and start using the app. What’s happening? I have not been able to use it!!!! I have raised this with the support team but they cannot resolve this. Really really bad app.

Great App
Love this app and how much easier it make my life booking appointments for myself and all family members! Do wish all doctors were on this platform as currently some of our regular doctors are not. One feedback: ability to “favorite” doctors would be very useful and make finding doctors easy in the future, for example when I’m not ready to book but want to save doctor recommendations from friends.
