CarPlay issues
I love NTS and want to be able to listen to it in my car. I can usually access Live, Mixtapes, and Discovery fine, but when I try to access "My NTS," it tells me I need to log in on my phone, even though I'm already logged in and it's dangerous to use my phone while driving. Can this be fixed?

Amazing content AWFUL DESIGN
Anyone know what is even going on with this player?? Downright confounding to use. My wife turns it off because she gets so frustrated trying to navigate. What a hot mess.
Great App
Love NTS, love the App, but i‘d really appreciate a download function to listen to my favorite shows offline.
Infinite Mixtapes not working!
I love NTS! But on this app infinite mixtapes just do not load. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail
A valuable public service
Only been an NTS listener for a few months, but seeing how responsive the devs are to bug reports, seeing those issues addressed in release notes just a few weeks later, shows that they're no less serious about a good UX vs. their commitment to vibrant music culture.
I still experience bugs with the schedule scrolling days into the past or future upon opening, and Airplay doesn't work at all on my Android TV - but Chromecast will at least stream good audio, even if you need to manually restart the stream to populate the next show's info. They apparently addressed some of these issues in fixes but I think my devices might be the edge cases.
Despite these gripes, I'm more than happy to have recently become an NTS supporter - what a steal for a passionate wealth of diverse, HUMAN-CURATED programs, all accessible within a thoughtful and straightforward interface (desktop too). I jumped ship from Spotify almost a year ago and I have not missed it at all; as a surprise discovery junkie, this is so much better.
(Subscribe on desktop so a middleman isn't skimming off the top of your support!)

wonderful variety of music but app does not allow me to rewind in the middle of a show to a specific pert of the show. if i want to relisten to an episode ive already played i need to delete the app and redownload

Brilliant (+ the odd bug)
I’m so glad NTS Radio is in my life. I love to put it on at home when I’m working and in the afternoons to discover a new music and it’s so nice having hosts with curated shows it’s such a treasured truth and it’s really helped me break out of the algorithm trap. Has annoying bugs every now and again but I can live with them and the feedback team is responsive and helpful.

Amazing music curation
AirPlay doesn't work, track playback history is rarely remembered, poor sound quality. Amazing DJ radio shows and mixes with eclectic curation.

Love NTS but the app…
I love having access to all the content this way and the interface itself is mostly fine, but the app’s functionality isn’t amazing, and this goes for desktop and mobile. The desktop version doesn’t sync with system commands to pause using spacebar/other controls, tapping the side of a bluetooth earbud, etc. If you have a Mac it doesn’t show up in the “what’s playing” section of the status bar so you can’t even play or pause this way. You can only control from within the app itself by literally clicking play or pause. Also if you close the window without meaning to quit, it will still quit the app. On desktop and mobile, you can’t reliably scrub through to go back or forward, it will often stop playing and need to be restarted. Lately on desktop sometimes the music will just stop without me having done anything, and needs to be restarted. Sometimes using the 15 second back/forward buttons on mobile will just not work. I hope there’s an update for all of the platforms that will fix these issues soon.
