Nuki App and door lock provides a great experience
We use the door lock in combination with the keypad to be able to provide entrance to guests. It is simple and works without any snitches since 1/2 year. Important is to monitor the battery level on door lock and keypad. We estimate that we need to charge the battery on the door maybe 4 times a year. The keypad seems to last a lot longer. Installation was completed in ~1hour. I can highly recommend this door lock.

Great lock
Easy to install works well. The only problem I’ve found is that it opens the door too soon. As soon as Bluetooth connection is made, whilst I’m still getting out of my car. I need it to open when I’m a meter away not 10m. Same when I’m inside it would be great if it opened automatically as you walk towards it on the way out. Other than that it’s really good! Very strong and reliable. Batteries seem to last ages too 👍🏼👍🏼

I am very happy with the Nuki ecosystem and recently purchased three Smart Lock Ultra devices. The hardware quality, installation experience, and overall user experience have been excellent. However, I am facing difficulties with some of my family members because the Nuki app is currently not available for download on the App Store in Azerbaijan. This creates a major limitation for families trying to share and use the locks together. I truly hope Nuki will expand App Store availability to Azerbaijan in the future, as there is definitely interest and demand for the product there as well.

Good Option
We looked at a few different options but this one stood out for several reasons. First, it fit our door specs wo requiring any modifications to existing hardware other than on the inside. Second, both the lock and external keypad seem to keep a charge for a long time (going on a few months now). I like being able to use fingerprints for family (struggles w kids) and passcodes for Au Pairs, cleaners, etc), all w control from the app. No obvious software bugs. Only complaints are that it looks like a door handle so sometimes people treat it as such. Additionally, sometimes when manually locked it still registers as unlocked.

Super basic
App allows users to open and close and do basic things. Bought 2 Niki locks but was only offered to purchase guarantee for the initial one installed.

The app keeps getting better and better. I hope the team will continue with user experience enhancement to make sure features are easy to find and manage.
