Great features-needs helpline
This app has great features for my Smartlock Ultra and Keypad 2 NFC…when it works. However, a motor blocked failure caused a panic and there was no hotline to call. Although I resolved it, I’m still withholding judgement on my setup until I have more confidence in its operation.
I like it
Install was simple, operation relatively straightforward, battery life so far is excellent. But…the app needs to be passcode protected so that if someone gets my phone and passcode, they’ll be able to unlock my door. Every user should have to enter a passcode to lock/unlock my door always.

Ich benutze nun schon seit ca. 2 Jahren ein Nuki-Schloss und natürlich die dazugehörige App. Generell funktioniert die App auch relativ gut, wenn auch bei manchen Funktionen etwas langsam. Und ja, es sind stets die aktuellen Versionen und Updates installiert, sowohl am Schloss selbst als auch an iPhone und iPad. ABER, nach beinahe jedem App-Update funktioniert das Widget nicht mehr. Es ist dann nur noch ein schwarzes „Viereck“ mit einem weißen Kreis in der Mitte. Schloss kann am Widget dann nicht mehr ausgewählt werden und demnach auch nicht die Funktionen eingestellt. Erst nach teilweise mehrmaligem Neustart der Geräte funktioniert es wieder.
Und am iPhone bekomme ich seit einiger Zeit ständig die Mitteilung, dass ich eine Bewertung abgeben soll. Das nervt gewaltig.
Mehrere Male habe ich den Support angeschrieben, auch mit Übermittlung der Fehleranalyse, jedoch habe ich den Eindruck, dass man dort nur „Zeit schinden“ oder mit nervigen Fragen das Problem „beseitigen“ möchte. Ich bin kein Nuki-Mitarbeiter und die „Mitarbeit“ geht mir einfach manchmal zu weit und nur weil man immer und immer wieder irgendwelche Fragen stellt werden diese Probleme nicht behoben. Das muss doch vorab ausgiebig getestet sein, schließlich geht es hier auch um hochsensible Dinge wie ein Türschloß.
Wenn diese Dinge endlich behoben werden gibt es auch wieder 5 Sterne, bis dahin leider nur 2.

Du hast recht, es kann frustrierend sein, wenn nach jedem App-Update immer wieder Probleme mit den Widgets auf deinen Apple-Geräten auftreten, und das tut uns leid. Excellent most of the time
Sometimes has moments where it cannot update the status of the lock. Also doesn’t always Auto Lock despite the 5 minute timer being active. So have to keep checking. Lock and Go is more effective.

Fix the annoying popup that says "opened" every time I use the side button to open the door!
One star every update until you fix that! Do not paste the usual “sorry” stuff here just remove the damn popup dialog

We operate multiple locks at multiple destinations and have constant problems with access codes not being delivered. Nuki suppoirt is total useless and unresponsive, they are closing cases in the middle of the conversation. Super frustrating!
