I cannot say enough good things about Nurtara. I was struggling so much with nursing difficulties and it seemed like it was always after-hours when I needed help the most. It is comprehensive and a lifesaver of a resource. While this app clearly states it does not take the place of a lactation counselor or physician, it’s evidence-based, easy to follow, and is there for you even at 3am. Mamas, run, don’t walk, to the App Store to feel heard, guided and less alone during the sleepless newborn nights through 6+ mos struggles. I cannot recommend enough.
