does not have the most basic feature

there is no vacation mode. i can’t believe they launched this app without the most basic feature. i have lost sales because i had to refund while out of town for a week

Price gouging

All of the clothing is priced at retail or way more expensive than when they actually bought it. Sellers complain that they experience difficulty selling clothes on this platform but don’t consider that it’s ridiculous to sell their used and thrifted items at those prices.

Not the best

Horrible customer support. They never get back to you. Out of nowhere the app logs you out and you have to put your phone number in so they can send you a verification code. Code never comes. Their chat never works. I have money in my account that I’ll probably never see.

0/100

Terrible app I never got what I paid for and I can’t get a refund. Do not use this app to buy anything they might as well take it off the App Store it’s trash.

Terrible

I ordered something and haven’t got it yet and it has been 3 months worst app to use.

Good but could do better

I sell on over 8 platforms, this is certainly not the best but it’s a decent platform to list on if you’re not depending on it to make frequent sales. The pros are that one in a while you make a full priced sale. The cons; not not much traffic on the app so sales may be a couple weeks apart. It’s also frustrating that the photo layout is not the typical 1:1 square that all the other platforms use so you either have to deal with your photos being cut off on the sides or put in extra work and add boarders from another app. Wouldn’t recommend to someone who wants to use it as a main platform, but if you like getting notified you made a sale while busy on other platforms, I would recommend for the once in a while full priced sales.

I dont recommend DONT DOWNLOAD!!!

First of all this takes forever to post an item plus no traffic at all!!!

Waste of time I highly recommend others…. Like PM,Mercari,Depop,Vinted….

ugly clothes

decided to try this app out figuring its like depop but nope absolutely nothing stylish was very disappointed and deleted the app

Bugs and no traffic

I’ve encountered a lot of very frustrating bugs. One of which: I was unable to access the shipping label for a sold item for 2 days , so the buyer had to wait an unnecessary amount of time for me to ship their item ultimately making my shop look bad. Also, the 20% fee is high compared to other selling apps and it doesn’t seem like their user base is very substantial because making a sale takes forever. The aesthetic is nice though and I hope after some growing pains it becomes a viable app to cross list on.

App doesn’t work reliably

I wanted to try this platform to sell some stuff that’s in really good condition, and would have looked at things to buy, but haven’t been able to get any listings to load for the last week. Just updated to see if there was a bug fix, but still not working. I can’t even load my own listing to edit it.

Slow sales

Wish I could love this app because the aesthetics is great and shipping is always on the buyer (and one low cost!).however it’s next to impossible to get any traction. I’ve been on the app for about 4-5 months and have only made 2 sales. In comparison, I have sold many items on other platforms in the meantime. I think I need to stop crosslisting onto this app and give up on nuuly until they get the customer base they need for a selling app.

bad app

just use depop

Needs work

I’ve been on this app since the first day it opened and even though I have over 50 items for sale, I have only sold 2 things. I don’t like the fact that sellers can’t rate buyers, yet buyers can leave you feedback. And I can’t delete a message I sent someone no matter how many times I press delete. I like how easy it is to list items and the layout.

Very Disappointed

I am very disappointed in Nuuly as a whole brand and with their apps. I sold one thing. The app told me to go to USPS within 2 days and the label didn’t even work. Nuuly Thirft also doesn’t let you print out your own labels. They give you a QR code so you have to wait in lines at USPS for the QR code to not even work. If you are a buyer or seller I recommend using Poshmark or EBay.

Can’t add anything to my cart

Would love to actually use this app, but it will never let me add items to my cart. Always says ‘you can only add one to your cart,’ but I have nothing in my cart.

Response from developer

Hi there! We'd love to help. Could you please reach out to our Customer Service team to provide your email address or username so that we can investigate? You could also try logging out and logging back in first to see if that resets your cart.

disappointed

I had high hopes for this app obviously being owned by Urban Outfitters. unfortunately, the app crashes constantly, there are so many glitches, I hate that you cannot see your reviews, there is little to no traffic to make sales, the staff I have dealt with is unhelpful, immature and dance around their issues by blaming them on the user! truly disappointed in this app!

Disappointed

I was excited when this app came out because I thought it was a big opportunity to unload things in my closet. Since it’s owned by Urban Outfitters, I figured that they would put their weight and money behind advertising like other companies have done. Even Shop Thrilling advertises on Google. I quickly made a sale not long after starting, but I suspect it was by someone within the company. That was fine with me, but I have yet to make a sale since. I have generally around zero likes on my items. I make more sales on OfferUp, and that’s saying something lol.
My biggest complaint is that the app hasn’t been working very well in the last 24 hours. It’s not loading very quickly and today it’s not allowing me to upload any items at all. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, but now it’s asking me to login with my phone number. When they send my phone number a code, I put it in but nothing happens. If I press the submit button twice, it says that the code is incorrect. I think it’s a sign to shut it down.

Pictures don’t upload

I thought the app seemed really user friendly u til I went to upload images of the item I was trying to sell. Every time I clicked the “upload” button it did the thinking circle and then nothing. There’s no other way to get photos on a listing, so I gave up and listed on Poshmark.

Poor design

You have to click on items to actually see the price. I downloaded this because an add showed tons of cute maternity clothes, however there are only 5 maternity items and they are all outdated and overpriced

Response from developer

Hi there! You can see all prices for all items on the main first tab of the App. Sorry to hear the Maternity items other customers are selling aren't your style or at a price you were hoping for. You may want to check out Nuuly Rent, either the website or the App. We offer 150 Maternity styles. For $88 a month, you can rent any six items you choose, maternity or not. Find us here: www.nuuly.com/rent/browse/maternity

How Do My Items Get Seen?

I simply love, love this app. It is unlike any other of its kind that I’ve and/or used. Thank you so much for releasing it. I’m very new to Nuuly so I’m still learning about it. I’d like to know how my items get seen after I’ve listed them. How do others know they’re out there? I don’t see them show up in Discovery. What determines whether or not they show up there?
