Not a good impression
If you are going to offer wifi connectivity to your devices, could you at least update your app, to include MODERN cell devices? You haven’t updated this app in 4 years. Your wifi tech is not working on iPhone16 ProMax. The app keeps sending me to app settings (e.g. local network) to enable a setting that isn’t there.
To setup up the purifier on wifi you press and hole the auto button not the Ultimate Clean button! Press and hold UC and Eco comes on! Do you folks know how to operate your own appliances? Other than connectivity works ok, but this is bad, I’d like a partial refund for a non functioning app and appliance. $500 appliance and features aren’t available. Support is non existent. Ya don’t even have any AI help.

Very Limited Scheduling Options
I have two OxyPure 5G air purifiers and the app has very limited options for scheduling. It has a limited number of modes that can be selected and no option to set the actual fan speed.
I would like to be able to set the fan speed at specific times along with the operating mode such as the sleep mode which turns off the LED display. This is currently not possible.

Device Works, App not so much
The application needs to go through some QA. The add a home load a map with non English default language. Various spelling errors such as “email adress”. The add a household member doesn’t let you add an account. The register account with Google signing ends up using the account Name in place of the email address. Etc, etc, etc.

Most terrible app ever!!
“We need your precise location to provide better service” … really?? To turn on night mode (led’s off) on an air filter? The app is first and foremost terrible and the NuWave obviously thinks users are stupid. After I buy a $400 air filter they need to get all information from my iPhone to turn the product I bought on???

This app is total garbage with the sole purpose of collecting all of your data. Maybe that’s fine in communist China, but not here.
Device keeps disappearing from app
Every morning I wake up and my NuWave OxyPure has disappeared from the app and I have to manually re-add it from the machine rendering the app completely useless. It could also use features like locking the physical controls so cats don’t press the buttons and graphs/charts to see runtime etc. $700 for an air purifier with zero app capability…

Horrible App
Reinstalling app is the only fix for multiple issues. The features are also very limited with no alerts for devices or maintenance issues. My dog could write a better app!

Bugs need fixed
As soon as you try to go off grid for any reason, and have to implement airplane mode it boots you completely offline. You have to do a complete reset from the machine itself which warrants the app useless.
Non working App
Omg! This app will let you sign up but you can’t connect a device. I have my iot router set to 2.4 ghz. The plus sign doesn’t work because a loading wheel keeps spinning. Spend this kind of money and you expect working app.

I am shocked and disappointed by the glaring omission of a basic feature in the NuWave Connect app. Despite the premium price and marketing hype, this app lacks the ability to set a simple fan speed in a scheduled routine. Why would a “smart” air purifier allow you to schedule power on/off times, but not let you choose the speed setting? It’s baffling that something so intuitive and useful is entirely missing.
Users like me buy smart appliances for their automation capabilities—so being able to set a fan to a particular speed during scheduled periods should be a no-brainer. It’s like buying a high-end smart thermostat that can’t set different temperatures for different times of day. This is a huge oversight that makes scheduling utterly useless if you need to adjust fan levels to match air quality changes throughout the day.
What’s even more frustrating is that fan speed adjustments can be made manually in the app when the device is running, so the capability clearly exists—yet the developers didn’t think to incorporate it into the scheduling function. Why should I have to babysit an “automated” purifier to ensure it’s running at the right speed? NuWave really dropped the ball on this, and I’m regretting this purchase every day.

Bad App
The device won’t connect with any of the various methods given. Thought it was me until I read all the one star reviews by people having the same problem. Fix your app!

What a clunky poor thought out app.
Terrible app
Have new pro smart oven so installed app. After putting ipad on 2.4 connected to wifi but took 2 attempts. Initial use of app could never get start button to start oven. Wattage button worked. As I always do switched ipad device back to 5.1. App said device disconnected which is bad. Normally all I need to do is put a device on network then router works between devices. Not with this app.
Went back to 2.4. Opened app and home screen just spins looking. Doesn't give way to stop search or add oven again. App totally hung. Deleted app, reinstalled with same results.
Doubt if I would have used app much, but good thing since it doesn't work on modern wifi system

App
The app is not responding. I just signed up and it says my email is incorrect. I checked the email and it’s the same email I’ve had for years and yes it was input correctly. I tried to put in another email I have but the app will not let me get in to change to a different email. I have the unit set to auto. It has not come on since I took it out of the box and hour ago. It should come on because I spilt an essential oil and the smell is over whelming but the unit still has not come on. Not sure what’s going on. I sure don’t want to return the unit it was $389 and such a pain to return it.

Terrible connection issues
I’ve reconnected my purifier to my device about 6 times now in the last 3 weeks. Everyday I wake up it’s a mystery if it will randomly be deleted or stay. This has nothing to do with my devices Bluetooth or homes Wi-Fi. I have gigabit Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. This issue has never been an issue until about 3 months ago. Please fix the app. So many things have been ruined since the cooking issues.

Asking to connect to Smartlife-xxxx WiFi
It does not connect directly to your router, it asking to connect to Smartlife-xxxx first but you don’t know what is the password for it .
Spend lots of time , but no luck. In their manual no mention of it .
