Time for an update
There are so many things broken about the WSF app I can’t even start. This app needs to be better integrated in the UI needs major simplification.

Wont open on apple watch
I was in search of a Ferry app for my Apple Watch Ultra 2 it works perfectly on my phone but on my watch is a different story it will not open at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling/ app, restarting phone and watch and nothing makes it work.
Missing some data
Love the app but it seems it is missing car load data on the Bainbridge route. Tried to contact support but the links are broke
Best ferry App
Accurate and easy to use. Live that you can see how many cars are in line for the Pt. Defiance to Tahlequah run. Super helpful!
Nothing special
all the same i do us available for free on the WADOT app and website, and this costs $? somehow I missed that and paid $2 for nothing. thumbs down.

Update the actual expected time ferry’s are departing from the dock when they’re behind schedule.

I appreciate this app at least showing what the schedule “would” or “should” be, if all goes to plan. WSF app is somewhat futile.

Unreliable schedules
With the shortage of crew impacting ferry schedules, you MUST check on line and not rely on the app for now so you don’t miss the boat!!
Thankful for reservations
Always using ferry service from Pt. Townsend to Coupville, I am so glad I can make reservations as it’s a long way to drive to Kingston , where there are usually long wait lines. Driving to Anacortes only makes sense to take the run from Pt. Townsend. Also thankful there are alerts on ferry app.
Useless
This app takes $1.99 from you and offers the same info available for free on the ferry website. Complete waste of money
Misleading at best.
I have been using the WSDOT app for years and am perfectly happy with it. However I want a Home Screen widget, which this app claims to have (see last photo.) Alas there is no Home Screen widget. I will seek a refund.
Why Not Display Sailing/Arrival Times?
NW Ferries is a basic departure time app, and that is all there is, nothing more.
So, is it useful for anything beyond that? Like, whenever the ferry is expected to arrive at the destination? No. That kind of omission is offensive, really.

Significant decrease in accuracy of wait times and updates
This used to be a fairly accurate app (within 1 ferry) but this summer the warning for prolonged wait times are rarely accurate and the app is very slow or fails to update car spots left.
This is required for ferry users
You really need this if you use the ferry especially on weekends.
My main complaint is that the alerts are not time stamped. You cannot tell when a 1 hour wait time was posted or if it is over.

NW Ferry app
This app is indispensable to anyone who takes one of ferries on a regular basis. Besides the schedules, it also gives real time ferry positions, which are essential during tourist season.
Bummer
I bought this app so i could see the number of spots available on the next ferry. And the app doesn't show it. (Photo showed it did when i purchased it.)I wrote to developer and never heard back. Ive gone back to my WSDOT app.
