Worst UX + content design for a fin app
Really roundabout ways to pay a bill (loads a new tab within the app and doesn't seem like it's built in - sketchy). There's a lot of unnecessary animations (esp with Move Money). It's ludicrous that there's a non-dismissible promo at the top of the page, above bank account information, most of which is completely unrelated to me. It's clear they've never hired a content designer because so much of the in-app text is all caps or generally makes no sense.
Financial apps have come a long way but NWFCU's never got the memo and is squarely stuck in the 90s (and not in a cute vintage way).

Best Banking Experience
NECU delivers transparent banking solutions to customers with outstanding customer support. My mortgage was a breeze with them.
Unable to load transactions and pay off cc
The app appears non functional on iphone. I'll need to use the web ui or android to pay my cc and see transactions unfortunately. Account snapshots load fine however. If I try to do anything else I get an error asking me to try back later. For three or four days now.
Super-convenient Online banking @ NWFCU
I really enjoy the ease and straightforward online banking provided by Northwest Federal…the only thing that compares, is their super customer service when you call them directly.

Any option I need is available from North West. The banking app allows Face ID to log in. Internal and external transactions are very easy to preform and they are quick

Only work sometimes
It rarely works and when it does or somtimes I just get stuck at log. Or it makes me accept the terms and conditions 1000 times but never lets me into my. Account. I have set up my passcode for login about 8 times it just keeps forgetting. Honest just get a whole new bank.
