Any option I need is available from North West. The banking app allows Face ID to log in. Internal and external transactions are very easy to preform and they are quick

Only work sometimes
It rarely works and when it does or somtimes I just get stuck at log. Or it makes me accept the terms and conditions 1000 times but never lets me into my. Account. I have set up my passcode for login about 8 times it just keeps forgetting. Honest just get a whole new bank.

Tells me everything about my bank account down to a tea.
Life Lock Access
I have set up Life Lock to watch my accounts, PENFED, Fidelity, etc. I have set up NWFCU as one of the ac punts, but it doesn’t stick. I have to go in and re-establish the connection. Then I get an email from NWFCU saying an unknown computer has made contact. These days, it is very helpful when Life Lock and NWFCU are both looking out for me. How about you two companies see if you can work together ?
