This barcode that generate for payzone payment is not working !! I tried it in alot of shops and

Does not work since update in July25
This use to be a great app. I have been using this app for almost a year but late July the app has become impossible to use. I Cannot logon using either Face ID or email and password. I need my account deleting so I can create a new one altogether.

I can sign in on the website but this rubbish app refuses to accept the same login details.

No issues
Had app for a few years now and never had any issues. Tickets available for use immediately after purchase. Occasionally the scanner on the bus doesn’t work, but usually the driver is already aware of the problem.
Horrible Customer Service
Issues with MTicket are impossible to resolve. I bought a bus pass that was never credited to my account and was told to contact my back by the customer care agent. I did and bought a replacement pass since I still needed to move around. NXBus staff ignored the dates on both transactions and cancelled the second bus pass. Every effort to clarify the issue was frustrated by the staff because they did not want to admit that they made a mistake. The entire time I was treated like a scammer who was lying, even though I submitted evidence to NXbus (multiple times) that I paid for two tickets and they had cancelled the wrong one.

My friend bought monthly student ticket from app and they deduct money from their account and didn’t authorise the ticket. Such a pathetic customer service we are trying to call but they are not picking up the call as well. Pathetic app display and pathetic customer service.

Bus I take to work is regularly over 30 mins late and there’s no way to tell unlike other apps like stagecoach

Awful, doesn’t scan
Sick of using this app, we code doesn’t scan, tried even with my screen protector off. It shouldn’t take ages for it to scan and keep moving your phone about in different positions, bus drivers act arsey with you when it doesn’t scan when in reality you’ve paid however much for a ticket.

this app is hella embarrassing when it doesn’t get scanned. it’s a qr code there shouldn’t be any issue.
Payzone barcode doesn’t work
I have been to 10 shops today and they have said that they do not do bus passes. Change to pay point. It’s getting ridiculous now.
MAKE THE APP SUPPORT OLDER IOS
Not everyone can afford to live on the latest Apple software update. I’m currently on ios 14 and half of the travel and finance apps I NEED TO LITERALLY LIVE MY LIFE dont work. I have to resort to paying extra for a swift card online which I can’t afford in this cost of living crisis
