Disappointed App

Every time you close the app out, you get signed out. This needs to be updated. There are so many glitches in this app that is not even funny. Every time I try to scan my ticket It can’t find the barcode correctly. It takes forever to scan it. Then you have to manually enter it. Which is time-consuming. This app really needs work.
