Disappointed App
Every time you close the app out, you get signed out. This needs to be updated. There are so many glitches in this app that is not even funny. Every time I try to scan my ticket It can’t find the barcode correctly. It takes forever to scan it. Then you have to manually enter it. Which is time-consuming. This app really needs work.

Not Great Lately
Have to reinstall every time I want to use it and then the barcode scanner it iffy many times it’s manual entry. This app needs updating!
Worthless scammer
I seldom write reviews but the scanning function in this app makes it totally useless. The website version is MUCH better.
Cant open app
I downloaded this app 2 weeks ago. Scanned all my tickets and now I can’t open it. I even rebooted my cell. Anyone know what’s going on ??
Barcode scanner rarely works
Tried on 2 different phones. Please fix.
Glitchy app
App ticket scan works sometimes other times it doesn’t. App used to allow voice to fill in ticket number (when scan was inoperable) now it doesn’t. Very inconsistent and annoying. I also don’t like to have to signin every time…why can’t it keep a customer signed in like other apps I use. Just a poorly designed and frustrating experience.

Horrible scanning
App is great when scanning scratch tickets, horrible when scanning draw tickets. It worked for a while, but now it never EVER scans draw tickets. Fix your scanner please. I’m sick of entering the ticket number in for every draw ticket I enter.
Don’t waste your time
It’s a fun concept. Absolutely terrible execution. I scanned 100 tickets and they all came up as “invalid ticket”. Basically NY States way of f—-ing people over. Like they always do 🙄

App needs updated BADLY!!!!! The app has looked the same, and no changes in a number of years. Trying to scan draw tickets the scanner never scanned usually like the scanners in the store to scan tickets. They don’t work. They also need updated badly because those machines are years and years and years old. With this app, always have to type the number of the ticket in manually. As much money as the New York lottery, makes do a little bit better and make the app a little more fun exciting instead of silent. Other states lottery apps, make exciting noises when you have won some and well scanning.

Too many Bugs
This app could really be amazing but the there are two major problems. There are way too many bugged out glitches and by glitches I am referring to how long it takes to load up and the scanner is crappy. Also where is the cash or the plethora of free plays. If there were free plays that would be equivalent to cash. And I don’t mean quick pick free play either. I mean allow me to choose which free play and what game I’d like to play that free play in. Now that would drive an over abundance to this app and to play more lotto games.

Support team and app
This app doesn’t work very well. If you try to scan your draw ticket forget about it! It doesn’t work unless you have a lot time and support team will tell you that your camera, the device, the lighting or anything else is wrong except their app. Support team won’t even try to fix their issue.
Not worth the time
This isn’t a standalone app, it’s just a buggier, worse version of the clunky Collect ‘n Win website. Users should not have to log in to an app every time they use it, or they should at least have the option to use facial scan to log in. I’ve seen other states with significantly better user experiences for similar apps; it’s a shame NY can’t keep up with the times.

Buggy Rubbish
The scan does not work at all. The pop up error message offers the chance to enter the code manually but that then leads to a 404 error with a server problem.

The last app was so much better. You were able to win free tickets for draw games, scan all scratch offs whether there was a promo or not. You don’t win any free draws or able to scan scratch offs, unless there’s a promo for it. Really stupid.

The ticket scanner is about as good as pointing a banana at your ticked. Everything is clear as day but the scanner remains blind. How sad
Don’t bother
Site is useless…Barcode scanner is useless..have to sign in every time to try to enter codes .Then lately I can’t sign in because password is incorrect
