The app very bad it only let me put my case number not others once’s I need help with utilities bills on going and gas bills ongoing nation grid gas and conedson light bills they keep receiving but nothing they do nothing I have disability and they ask for this stuff I send the same as documentation saying I have disability and yes I do have disability

It’s asking for some serial numbers that I have no idea what they are?
I can’t do anything with this app. I’m a senior on Disability. They cancelled my Ebt. I got nothing for December and for the next two years they’re trying to give me $47

We’re trying to upload documents and it’s not working
Documents blurry
Every document we upload comes out blurry as per the HRA case workers. Or they say they weren’t uploaded. This is horrible and a waste of time. Please fix this app or just delete it and stop wasting folks time!

What I don’t understand is they give us this apps to download our hra documents then all of a sudden they call and say the documents are blurry. How can this be I’ve been using this app and the hra app to submit my documents for years and now all of a sudden their saying our documents are coming out blurry that we must go into the center to redownload them how can this be if that’s the case what’s the point of these app it’s just get frustrating because a few times my cases or grant has be denied due to them saying that they are blurry when I know Sam well I’m the one taking pictures of the documents and I know for a fact they are clear!! Someone please handle this issue it’s very very frustrating

It was easy
At first I didn’t understand how to do it but then I learned as I kept doing it weird to label it I had to redo it but it’s good. It’s awesome.
Not easy
App only takes docs from the camera roll. There is no way to upload PDF's. Every time you upload, and annoying captcha keeps coming up and takes a minute to get through.
