I guess the app only works when you have to pay but not if you have proof to submit and dispute.

City did an “Emergency”Digging up of the street I was legally parked on. If I was guilty I would have been towed to the pound, but instead they towed me to a street with meters and I received a ticket. Disgusting just how greedy this city is!

thank you so much so we can pay it from here easily, but there’s a big issue when we park every other day I just get a ticket if I don’t move it for 5-10 minutes if you are late, they might just take it. $115. $125. $95. $65. $55. I have ticket every other day I live in Bronx and there’s no parking spot and there’s no parking lot so we can pay and park somewhere. I’m a single mom and working so hard but two kids renting. It’s so hard to pay these bills. I just buy a car so I can go to work, but instead of paying my bills on my rent this two months I’m paying these tickets have like 15 of them. I work for amazon 3:15am to 8:0am sometimes nine in the morning I go to sleep if I don’t hear my alarm or I go late I get ticket traffic police officers please you guys knew the car rich person to paying these tickets. Please forgive us time to time stop giving us the ticket. We don’t have nowhere else to park and we work at early in the morning by 11 :am sometimes we come to buy the car you guys ready write me a ticket you guys punishing us so we cannot park on that Monday Thursday. Other side is Tuesday Friday, but sometimes there’s no spot and we had to and we get home so late trying to sleep during the day these tickets is killing us. Please help us more every other day stop giving me a ticket if I have other space why I will park there or I’ll leave it there. I appreciate it if you guys help us out thank you.

Doesn’t give accurate information
I don’t check my mail box often. So I randomly check this app to see if any of my plates have any tickets. It always says no, then I get a ticket that’s late so no not only do I have to pay violation but late fees too. But when I check it said no violation to pay.
