Unjustified Ticket
I received the summons for not displaying a parking receipt, but in fact had paid for that time via the app. I submitted the evidence after receiving a ticket and it was rejected. I submitted the evidence once again through the appeal method and it was once again rejected without explanation. I was left with no recourse, and out of no choice have now paid for parking via the App and then $65 for the baseless summons. I wish there was someone to talk to and rectify this.

Hard to find tickets or edit dispute note
While this app is promising the implementation leaves a lot to be desired.
- it is hard find tickets in the system and there is no clear way to keep track of which tickets are associated with your user account once they are found and added to the system
- the barcode scanner component is very sensitive so a ticket which may have been crumpled or wrinkled because of exposure to rain does not scan reliably
- the surcharges added to anything but bank transfer ($2.70) are much higher than what shop in the area charge and the app does not indicate that until users are at the final stage of the payment at which point they have to cancel the payment and select a different payment method

Dispute challenges
Please increase the image MB to 15 so a picture can actually be included. Please remove the sms and phone number request so an error is not obtained when an attempt to submit the complaint is completed. Thank you
