Good luck trying to submit proof of income. If you have no income nor have worked for 2 years, how is a person to show proof of income?!?
Idiotic design
An app whose sole purpose is uploading documents only allows photos to be uploaded. How am I supposed to upload my 120 page tax return, every page of which has been requested?

Buggy
The App abruptly closes every time I try to upload. It does not work. I’ve tried multiple times. Meanwhile, if I don’t get the documents in by February 15 they will cut off my child’s insurance. They did it before and they will do it again. I am resorting to snail mail.

Why this App is not open In My cell
NOT WORKING
Everytime I try to open this app. It tells me oops something went wrong wrong. Try back again later I have never been able to open this app. I have downloaded it. I have canceled. It tried to download it again. It’s still will not open. It refuses to open or operate at all. I am on an iPhone. My software is updated. The iOS is updated there. There’s no reason why this shouldn’t open.

I was really trying to get this up but it didn’t work for me
Documents and access
My daughter still does not have health insurance due to lack of communication from the provider. Says to upload documents but is not specified what exact documents are needed. When calling to address this issue I’m on hold and being told wrong information.
