This place is truly amazing. I wish we had an NYU located in queens but I will forever recommend NYU.

I’ve been to a few NYU locations for various reasons. Each time I’ve been treated with respect and courtesy, always asking to see how I feel. On days when I’m not feeling well they always ask me if I wish to continue or stop.
One time my wife and I went to the wrong floor and my oxygen levels dropped, getting off the elevator 2 respiratory Doctors saw my condition and they immediately called for a wheelchair and oxygen tank. They stayed with me until my condition improved and then they took me to my appointment. Service beyond what I have experienced at a different hospital.
Thank you and the staff.

Optimum Medical Care
I have been an NYU patient for many years and feel confident that I am in very good hands. My NYU medical care and having Epic allowing excellent access to my medical team and records gives me great confidence.
Marketing and Money
It is a crime what the marketing department has done to this establishment. They harass you constantly for payments and then you get a refund check.

This is the best app for scheduling, test results, communication with Dr. offices! I solely schedule NYU Langone Dr.’s because of the ease of all of the above! More medical groups should model your app! They just dont compare. Thanks for having a great app :)
Easy and efficient
I love the app. I get an answer almost immediately depending on the regency of my issue. Great tool, it lets me feel so connected to my health issues and those who will help me.

Cancelled appointment
I am writing this because I am upset - twice now my appointments have been cancelled at nyc adult health because I “failed “ to confirm my appointments - second time I confirmed to the best of my ability but had no proof of the voice mail I left. But with me standing in front of them for my scheduled appointment early - they turned me away not even asking the doctor if she can see me. As if this was a make up appointment not a health appointment. I don’t like that the default is cancel the appointment- the default should be reach out to the patient until you find them. These are lives at stake. As a staffed hospital you should do better !
