Why NYU Langone
The primary reason I love NYU Langone is because of Jennifer McCann. Her concern and patience for her patients sets her above many of her peers. She never leaves any stone unturned. She told me that once. In keeping with that practice and commitment she uncovered a VERY early stage of lung cancer on me and a VERY early stage of bladder cancer. How could I ever not have the strongest respect for her? She is connected to her patients. Thank you a million times over Jenn.

This app is very easy to use . It has you covered from your medical records , scheduling appointments, and setting up reminders.
Technicians bedside manners a delight
I had a PET heart scan and the Technician, Brandon was a delight. I have white coat syndrome but with Brandon he explained each step of the procedure and what I might experience. Since I was unable to move during the procedure I did not see the ID tag on his 2 assistants but they were encouraging and made several appearances during the procedure. Everyone was professional and caring. Just wanted to take the time to thank everyone.

Great Healthcare App
I’ve had a great experience using the NYU Langone app. It is very convenient, easy to navigate, and keeps all my healthcare information organized in one place. I can easily check appointments, view test results, communicate with my healthcare team, and manage my care without having to make unnecessary phone calls. I especially appreciate how quickly information and updates become available. Overall, the app is user-friendly, reliable, and makes managing healthcare much easier. Highly recommend!

My husbands surgery
My husband recently had an ablation and watchman procedure. I am pleased to say that Dr. Seth Bender and his team were professional and caring. They are amongst the best this hospital has to offer and I am so grateful for them. This is not the first time Dr. Bender has saved his life. The care he received from the nurses and the PA’s was amazing. He also likes the food. Kudos all around.

I Love NYU Langone
At NYU Langone everything and all your doctors and providers are at the touch of your finger and I love this it’s easy access and less worries.

Payment methods
I miss being able to use Apple pay… the payment method now is ridiculous because it keeps deleting it and I have to keep putting it in… so annoying
Doctors Visit
Dr. Papamicheal is a awesome Doctor, very caring and shows a lot of concern for me as his pt. I love his bedside side manner.
Outside of USA
I am out of the country 3 to 4 months a year. It’s a big problem for me not to be able to access MyChart at those times.
The app is Unfriendly for the user
Unfortunately, it is unfriendly for the user. Very hard to find any documentation, especially letters and other documents related to billing and payment. They are not saved there or deleted; that is not acceptable. I expect all transactions and payment-related documentation. Hard to find a doctor as well.
