Broken app
The app stops working every few months my balance doesn’t update at all neither does my transaction
App updated and is now bricked
After an update the app is no longer functional and does not even open. I can’t check my balance or make payments.

Good bank
App could use a slight overhaul. The bank and people are wonderful. They can make you a new card in five minutes if you lose yours. No other banks in my area do this.

It broke a while ago and it won’t let me look at my bank info and I called them and they just said well would you like too know your account balance and took me off the topic of fixing it I don’t like too be a negative reviewer but it’s bothering me.

I can’t download the new app. Now I can’t see my balance I don’t even know why they needed to do this
Forced upgrade
Super frustrating to have this latest upgrade kick me off mobile banking because my phone isn’t supported on the latest version. Lame

As others have said, the balance often does not reflect pending transactions accurately. This is thoroughly messing me up right now. Come ON, OBEE. Get it together.
Terrible
The new app is confusing and - as another user mentioned - the pending transactions feature is terrible. It’s impossible to see what has already gone through the account and what remains. Furthermore, the pending transactions fluctuate and are inconsistent. Moreover, the mobile check deposit feature doesn’t work half the time. The old app worked great. The new mobile banking app makes me want to transfer to a different credit Union. It’s 2023. Do better, OBee.

Pending Transactions are a MESS
Some transactions show as pending and the available amount adjusts to reflect it and other times transactions show as pending and it doesn’t come out of the available amount. There is no rhyme or reason as to why some transactions come out (like they should) and some don’t even when they show up in pending. Nor is there any indication of which amounts are being reflected in available amount. The only solution as a customer is to manually keep track of spending.

Confirmation number for bill pay
When you use bill pay, your confirmation number is impossible to find with the new online program. Previously I’ve always recorded the confirmation number on my bill in case there was ever any question about my payment. I can no longer do this because I can’t find it!

Can’t pay bills?!
Tried to add vendors to pay bills and unable to do it either on desktop site - “browser outdated” or mobile app - “ unable to add, please retry”.
They have my money but I can’t use it where I need to.
It should be much easier to bank locally.
They’re in-person service is great but their web experience is a good 20 years behind.
