The service is very unorganised and I feel that the intelligence levels of the staff are lacking the understanding of what it takes to run a remittance service, which is worrying

LOST OF DATA and RECEIPTS
changing the app doesn’t mean we should loose our data. Same email and password isn’t recognise now the app is asking to create new accounts.. need receipts for sending money to process application… not impressed atleast the mastercraft of this should be able to main our data
