Seit Tagen keine Cloud Verbindung
WLAN ist voll verfügbar und im WLAN funktioniert die App, nur nicht über die Cloud. Ganz offensichtlich ein server-seitiges Problem, aber keinerlei Info oder Rückmeldung vom Support, das ist wirklich bitter.

Zeitschaltuhr geht nicht seit Update
Seit dem letzten Update geht die Zeitschaltuhr für meine Teichpumpen nicht mehr. Die Pumpen laufen rund um die Uhr. Obwohl sie aus sein sollten. Da geht nichts mehr. Gehen auch Nachts einfach an. Obwohl sie laut Zeitsteuerung aus sein sollten. App gelöscht, EGC Reset. Problem bleibt.Habe jetzt eine klassische Zeitschaltuhr an der Steckdose angeschlossen. Mail an App Support geschickt.
Nachtrag: Support hat sich schnell gemeldet. Sehr netter und kompetenter Kontakt. Problem wurde erkannt und direkt gelöst. TOP!! Auf 5 Sterne erhöht!!!

Leider startet die APP nicht mehr. Es erscheint nur das OASE Logo das war es.

Latest Update Crashes
I cannot use this app. It crashes during loading. I have tried reinstalling, restarting my phone etc. When do you foresee fixing what is obviously a huge bug?
Keine Funktion
Seit einigen Tagen funktioniert die App überhaupt nicht mehr! Ein Zugriff ist nicht möglich, weder im Netzwerk noch aus der Ferne! Die App öffnet, zeigt dann ca 20 Sekunden das Logo und bricht dann ab. Sehr ärgerlich

keine Bedienung nach Login möglich
Ein älteres iPhone nutze ich gerne als Schalter für die Außensteckdosen. Mit iOS 12.5.7 kommt die App nach Login nicht mehr zur Benutzeroberfläche.
Auf neueren iPhones funktioniert es dagegen.

Unbelievable, the only reason I bought ProfiClear was the info that was available via the app or EGC website. Not only is there no EGC to give alarms the app hasn’t the capability either so unless you are standing next to the filter it is pretty much useless.
The developers should ask Bosch for help because somebody needs to fix this mess.

Cloud ne fonctionnait plus mais là tout est ok
Bonne application même si l’ergonomie devrait être améliorée.

Da macht man das empfohlene Firmwareupdate (es wird als erfolgreich fertiggestellt angezeigt), und dann 10 Minuten später ist der Controller offline.

Depuis la dernière mise à jour la connexion au cloud fonctionne plus
Pumpe gut App leider garnicht.
Ich habe das Problem , das die App gelegentlich nicht die Pumpe findet. Bzw. Die Verbindung nicht aufgebaut wird. Trotz sehr gutem wlan Signal. In einer Situation z.B. Filterreinigung ist das eine Katastrophe. Zudem war es heute so, das ich die Leistung um 9 Uhr gedrosselt habe und um 10 Uhr sollte ich mich neu einloggen. Warum auch immer. Nur ging die Texteingabe nicht. Sowas ist für mich bei einem Premiumhersteller nicht vertretbar.
