OBDeleven tells me to use OBDeleven vag. OBDeleven vag tells me to use OBDeleven. Both have trouble connecting. It then says I have 5 faults. I go to each section that is supposed to have faults and it says no faults. Frustrated.

For a few days know I tried to get a link to reset my password. They can’t manage to send me this!

This product is a scam. They will get you for the product, then will ask for money for credits, then make you buy a subscription. Stay away. Cost me $300+ at the end of everything to perform a battery adaptation
Dead app that supposed to work forever.
First they sell you a lifetime license, then abandon development in favor of subscription based only model on a new app.
Seems to be a classic scam these days. Filmic did the exact same thing.
That being said it’s still possible to get some value out of this app even on “free” plan. I quote because we all bloody paid top dollar for the device that costs few bucks to manufacture, so it’s not free by any means.

Ultimate satın aldım, sürekli uygulama atıyor ve iki adımla doğrulama istiyor yapmanıza rağmen hata veriyor, 2023 ve üstü araç geldiğinde bakım sıfırlamıyor fonksiyon hatası veriyor, gizli özellikte de temel özellikleri açıyor, yurt dışından yakıt bekliyoruz ama birkaç gündür dönüş yok uygulamaya giriş de yapamıyorum kısacası tavsiye etmiyorum.

New OBDEleven App HOPELESS!!!
So I just installed the replacement app because you say all the functionality of the VAG app has been moved across.
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! On my 2025 Q4 the new app could only find 22 modules out of 34 and took three times as long to find them, only found a few error codes (way less than present) and under the magic settings of the module I wanted to work on the options were not all present.
OBDEleven is heading down a road that completely diminishes its usefulness to me so after several years of Ultimate subscriptions this will be the last - it will not be renewed and the interfaces (OBD2 & OBD3 will be sold.
AS FOR YOUR FEEDBACK GET AN AUDI, TEST ON BOTH SO YOU WILL SEE THAT THE NEW VERSION ONLY FINDS HALF OF THE MODULES AND VIRTUALLY NONE OF THE ERROR CODES THAT THE NEE APP FINDS. WHY SHOULD I DO THIS WORK FOR YOU WHEN I HAVE BEEN AN ULTIMATE PAYER FOR YEARS…
Not to mention the awful design, slower response time, (even on v3 interface), and very confusing meddle of unusable and questionable features.

Buona ma problemi con car play
L app funziona bene l unico problema che rispetto a quella precedente non mi appare piu su car play per poter avere i dati in tempo reale sul monitor dell auto. C è una soluzione? Grazie

Buono ma la ricerca guasti è poco chiara e non tiene conto di chi approccia per la prima volta il sistema, non ci sono spiegazioni semplici in italiano, ma soprattutto con la versione base non si riesce a fare quasi nulla e di conseguenza i crediti non li usi

These guys greed took over and the app is useless now. While its worked okish with my mk7 golf, it became laggy on mk8, and it’s completely useless with id.4. UI doesnt refresh, “reading” or “connecting” for 20 mins and hangs 3 out of 4 times. Recently discovered i cant use many features i supposed to be using due to my lifetime pro subscription and they direct you to the other app, which asks to buy another pro subscription. One click apps are ridiculously expensive too. Started great, but it’s time for me to go back to vcds and dfirst.

Ho pagato 4 volte 34,99€ per avere crediti per attivare sull’auto una funzione per i fari, auto del 2019 Audi a6, non funziona ancora, ho riprovato così tante volte pensando avessi sbagliato io procedura, e dopo aver pagato così tante volte non mi permette di impostare tutto originale perché anche per quello c’è di nuovo bisogno di 100 crediti che costerebbero altri 34,99€, insomma dall’applicazione risulta che la funzione è attiva, ma non lo è in realtà, sono da querela perché ho contattato l’assistenza ma non risponde nessuno, vorrei soltanto avere indietro i crediti così da poter provare sé altre funzioni me le attiva
