Glitchy
The app shuts down before I’ve approved anything. It’s updated, my phone is update and the only way to fix it is to delete and reload it onto my phone. Then it takes 12 hours to use since the one token needs activation. This has happened twice in the past 7 days. Please fix it.
It's not that the application is bad, it's experience of using banking service is bad！
Having a business account is practically useless; I don't even dare to put funds in it. What if I need to pay a deposit to a supplier someday? That would be the end of me!

Invoices
Very bad service for invoices and also customer service when we change phone
Their CS works only on weekdays, if you change phone on Friday after 6pm you need to wait till Monday for their CS to approve the one token application
When go to branch they say no staff for business banking
Why you take out the invoice service in mobile app, very very hassle every time need to open the PC or laptop
Pls do something beneficial for business people

On the app, it doesn’t let me save a name (always says error) and today the payment info and the app transfer isn’t working at all. I’ve already updated.

The latest update made using the app much more user friendly and is leaps and bounds much better than the old version.

It’s very hard to send payment proof when the app disables screenshot or does not provide receipt downloads that we can share.

Couldn’t use Face ID at this Apps
No fingerprints then couldn’t login with Face ID, need to key all the ID and password every time
One of the worst msian Banking app
Super unstable. It disconnects often causing the approval process to start all over again. Occasionally the OTP is not aligned with the system causing wrong password or otp that will cause user to be locked out. The slightest accidental jump of app while transaction is loaded causes the entire approval process to be cancelled and start all over from scratch.

Not efficient nor user friendly
Always ask multiple otp for each time login, no notification for otp number, hard to navigate everything, to much unnecessary thing to key in each time login, other bank can just save login and use bio id to login, but not this app system, i have to spend a lot of time for each transaction that i want to do

Apps too slow
The apps is too slow and lagging too much and made me frustrating! Please do something and my comparison is mae apps from maybank and also BizChannel from cimb is so smooth and fast.
Inconvenient app
How do we even QR pay or receive in-app TAC when doing online purchase?? Come on it’s already 2024, why is it so inconvenient for business expenses?

Suddenly can’t make transfer on apps,auto crash out and sign out,I when two time to bank no one can settle for it,just tell me iPhone should be no this problem,ask me to try forget password and sign in again,after this I totally can’t sign in stuck on the onetoken notification,din’t receive it at all.
