Just Wow 🤩

If you are looking for an outpatient pediatric therapy clinic EMR, this is it. Period. There is nothing on the market like this and the pricing is very clear. You will not be guessing about add ons or tiers. They are constantly working to improve based on your needs; and they don’t just improve for you, they improve for everyone. Transitioning from one EMR to another takes work, but that makes sense. But it’s worth it with Ocean Friends!

This app has been fantastic for me and my family. We have used it almost every time to check in our daughter, I use it to pay her bills and we chat with her speech therapist all the time. It has made it super easy to keep track of appointments and reschedule when needed.

Great app!!

Making or changing appointments is so easy as being able to message staff with questions. It’s really helpful being able to view your child’s progress as well as activities to practice at home!

Caregivers Helpful App

One place to check schedules, especially if you do not have a regular time slot yet. I can easily find times in our schedules to fit in therapy. Great response time and helpful to be ahead several weeks in scheduling. I’m working to unlock doors for my child and therapy has been very good. I am willing to go the extra mile to help my child succeed and this tool is very helpful!

Great app

Love the ocean friends app everything you need in one place check ins, documents, payments, notes, pictures and videos of sessions I love this app and it has been great to use for my child’s care only thing I would suggest is maybe noting which parent check ins or who brought the child to the appointment but overall great app great experience 🙂

The outstanding care given by Carolina Therapy Connection (CTC)

I love the care my daughter has been getting from C.T.C since she got out of the NICU in 2019. I have met some amazing therapist, who treats my child as if she was theirs. I tell anyone who would listen about them and the help their child would receive.

My son has been going here for almost 2 years now for speech and OT and he has learned so much with the therapists at this location. He loves them all and they’ve all helped him in some kind of way with his development, we thank yall so much!

Ocean friends app

The app has been one of my favorite features with Ocean Friends. I love the ability to share moments with families and also message families. This has increased our communication. I also love the ability to take notes and talk to text. This has helped me take notes from anywhere to accommodate my very busy schedule.

Fantastic Place

My son was in need of some help in figuring out his social and emotional delays. He was having some impulse control as well. Butterfly Pediatric Therapy was a godsend helping me navigate through his treatment plan. I'm happy to report he has improved SIGNIFICANTLY and I'm so grateful for early intervention and very thankful for the amazing support we have received here. I highly recommend this place.

Such an easy way to track your child's progress

I love using the Ocean Friends app for my son's therapy appts. The app makes it easy to read session notes, make payments, and message directly with his care team. It's very user-friendly and I'm grateful to have it as a resource!

Communication is key!

I absolutely love everyone at Flourishing Lives!! I have seen so many changes and my son and how happy he is to go there! I love seeing updates on the app of pictures - and also the staff can get a hold of me instantly with any questions or concerns. ❤️🧩💙

Stellar App

The Ocean-Friends app made it so much easier to handle all outstanding items with Feltz. Not only checking in, but also making payments, chatting with therapist, reviewing therapy notes and so much more. The only complaint, if your child has back to back therapies and you leave to run errands because your kid will be there for 2 hours, with the new must be within 300 meters of the building to check in poses an issue with checking in. There needs to be an alternative to this rule if your child is scheduled for multiple therapies in a row.

If your child is already in the building for back-to-back sessions, you shouldn't have to be parked outside to check them in for the second one. The radius rule assumes every appointment starts with a drop-off, and yours doesn't. I've passed it on and we're working out how to handle consecutive sessions properly. Wonderful EMR

We’ve been using ocean friends for several months now and are loving so many amazing features… as a private practitioner for over 25 years, this is definitely one of thee most robust EMRs to help me fill in those cancellation slots and also keep track of metrics.

the app features allow you to keep record of every appointment and billing statements! appreciate being able to see details in regards to each appointment so that i can share with what we have been working on every week let's me see progress within the app and know that the company working with my child is really helping us

Saves time and easy to use

OF app saves time by allowing me to use it anywhere. I am a mobile therapist and can easily check in a patient when walking up to their house. Most of the time, I use voice to SOAP while walking out or right when I get into the car. If I don’t get notes done then, I love having the option to take my phone into the gym or and do them in between sets while I rest! I love being able to adjust my calendar, message families, check details and goals all from my phone throughout the day and without bringing/using my laptop.

I love the ocean friends app especially the built in wellness tracker. It really makes it easy to record my child’s moods, symptoms, as well as sleeping and eating patterns between appointments. Having everything organized in one place helps me recognize my child’s correlations and patterns as well as keeping and saving these important details in the wellness journal. Amazing App!

Love this EMR

Ocean Friends is the most intuitive EMR I have ever used. The app is user friendly for both clinicians and parents. Being able to share moments with families through pictures and videos of the session is one of my favorite features! Customer service is to notch, timely and supportive.
