Love this EMR
Ocean Friends is the most intuitive EMR I have ever used. The app is user friendly for both clinicians and parents. Being able to share moments with families through pictures and videos of the session is one of my favorite features! Customer service is to notch, timely and supportive.

We’ve been using ocean friends for several months now and are loving so many amazing features… as a private practitioner for over 25 years, this is definitely one of thee most robust EMRs to help me fill in those cancellation slots and also keep track of metrics.

Pointless buggy nonsense
The app makes scheduling a pain. It offers appointments that don’t exist and gives no means of confirmation or communication to prevent this.
