New App Sucks
Big update for a worse looking interface and a mobile check deposit feature that barely works and is objectively worse than the one prior. So frustrating I will actually change banks 👍👍
What happened
I can’t login anymore with the app (yes I have the latest version downloaded). On a browser I can, I the app it just spins
Feature Request
I loved the ability to see all my transactions in one spot to balance my budget. Since the last update, I lost the little blue dot next to each transaction that let me know if I’ve reviewed it or not. May we have it back please? Financial Tools > View Transactions.

The bank balance in home is too big
Make the amount in home smaller like before and in green not black, green is just better. Add dark mode option also. Old UI is smoother
Good update, but…
I appreciate the modernization and security update, but I would love if devs could bring back the Quick Balance widget.
The new update 8/26/26
This new update is definitely harder to use. And just really don’t like the new set up. More difficult to use and pay my mortgage and transfer money. They may need to tweak it a bit because it is not better than before the update. 0-10 do not recommend, fix this
Not happy
Not happy they give you zero warning when app is down for repairs. I lock my card before and after each use.. and now im seeing the app is down and will be up in 3 days. Ridiculous.
Ocean first review
It is extremely reliable to go online and see what is in my bank account rather than trying to go to ATM or something else to get the same thing done.

Mobile deposit fails
More often then not, when I do a mobile deposit my screen goes black. I have to reset the app 3 times for it to finally go through.

Ocean First Experience
