It is extremely reliable to go online and see what is in my bank account rather than trying to go to ATM or something else to get the same thing done.

I have been an Ocean First Customer for the past 25 years when I first moved to Ocean County. I have been to many branches, and my experience is the same: knowledgeable and considerate tellers and managers who always greet with a friendly hello.

Mobile deposit fails
More often then not, when I do a mobile deposit my screen goes black. I have to reset the app 3 times for it to finally go through.

Ocean First Experience
We have been with OceanFirst since our bank closed six years ago. OceanFirst makes our life much easier. The no fees for ATMs is amazing and saves us so much money. It gives us the freedom to use any ATM anywhere and not have to worry about outrageous fees. The customer service is also top-notch. They protect my money in their bank with text alerts and emails that are helpful to avoid fraud. We have done so well with this bank we have opened up a savings account for the first time in our lives. OceanFirst is the bank you want and need if you ever are in need of a bank.

This apps revamp was such a bad turn. The other way was very simple and detailed. This update isn’t any good. I get just the basics.

Loved the update to give it a refresh modern look but card control section and Zelle transfers don’t even load anymore. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

This new update that doesn’t even show you every transaction that you make, is horrible. This is some bad update. The way the app was before where you could see every transaction and even every check including an image of your check. Please go back. It literally now seems like an old out of date app. My app prior

Bad service. Constantly glitching on the app. Constantly having technical difficulties on the app. Constantly having to go into branch to get a new debit card because people keep somehow hacking into the bank account and using my debit card states away. Very ridiculous or something so serious.
