About

Odotally logs every drive by itself and turns your business miles into what they're worth at the official IRS, CRA, HMRC or ATO rate. No account. Your drives never leave your iPhone. THE ODOMETER THAT PAYS Your home screen is an odometer that rolls up this tax year's claim as you drive. Each drive waits as a road sign showing its route: swipe right for business, left for personal. Add the business purpose with one tap from the ones you've used before. DRIVES THAT LOG THEMSELVES Odotally notices when you start driving and records the trip in the background, even when the app is closed, then saves it a few minutes after you park. A notification lets you sort it without opening the app. You can also start a drive by hand, add one you forgot, or merge two that a fuel stop split. THE OFFICIAL RATES, EXACTLY • United States: IRS standard mileage rates for business, medical and charity driving, including the 2026 rise to 76¢ a mile from July 1, applied by the date of each drive • Canada: CRA per-kilometre allowance rates, 73¢ for the first 5,000 km and 67¢ after, with the territories' rates • United Kingdom: HMRC mileage allowance, 55p a mile for the first 10,000 miles from 6 April 2026 and 25p after, counted across all your cars • Australia: ATO cents per kilometre, 91¢ for 2026–27, capped at 5,000 km per car, plus the business-use percentage for the logbook method Every figure in the report names its source. A REPORT THAT HOLDS UP Export the tax year, or any period such as a 12-week ATO logbook or a month's reimbursement, as a PDF or a CSV spreadsheet: each drive's date, start and end, purpose and distance; the rate periods; business, commuting and personal totals; and odometer readings. FREE • Automatic logging of 20 drives a month • Every drive you start or add by hand • Swipe sorting, purposes, maps and the running claim • A Home Screen widget ODOTALLY PRO • Every drive logged automatically, with no monthly limit • PDF and CSV reports for any period • Work hours sorted as business, and a saved commute as personal • More vehicles, with odometer records • Your employer's own reimbursement rate PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your drives are stored only on your iPhone. There's no account, no server and no tracking; Odotally never sees where you go. Place names come from Apple Maps. Odotally keeps a record; it doesn't give tax advice. In the US, W-2 employees can't deduct unreimbursed mileage, but the log still supports an employer's reimbursement.
