Lost Article - O’Dry Went Above and Beyond
I used O’Dry for the first time about six weeks ago and I believed an expensive jacket of mine had been lost in the process. O’Dry responded professionally and did a thorough check to assure me they never received or lost the item. They were correct - the jacket had ended up at a different cleaner. However, their prompt response, willingness to watch video of when they received my order and proved that it wasn’t among the 20+ items they cleaned for me went above and beyond what I expected. I was ecstatic to find out my jacket never went to O’Dry, but embarrassed they spent so much time tracking it down. They did so without question or anger. Definitely recommend this app based on the bad experience I created and they turned into a positive one!

Saved me so much time
I did an ASAP order, my clothes were picked up in the afternoon and delivered about 3 hours later. I was very satisfied, it was fast and the service was great. Will be using again!
