No Option for Forgotten Username
I cannot access my account because I forgot my username. I thought I have a screenshot. Totally my fault. Don’t know what to do now.

The app is garbage! My wife and I tried to do the 1st step of creating an account and it kicks us out with a session timeout message every single time, don't waste your time! Go get the BDO or BPI apps instead!

There’s always a problem receiving an otp.
Fix it
If there were an option to give a negative star rating, I would give it. Every time I transfer money to another account using this app, it crashes. I have to log in again and again and again. Because of this, I need to hurry when entering the account number, instead of being able to double-check it. If I try to check whether the account number is correct, the app crashes and I have to log in all over again.

Easily the worst banking app
This app won’t even let you open an account with the bank. I get kicked out and it tells me that my internet is slow (it’s not) or I haven’t signed in for awhile. It’s like you have people who want to give them money and put money in the country but I guess they’re not interested.

Why do I have to pay 50.98 saudi riyals for downloading this app? I was automatically charged after downloading it.

The only reason I'm not giving this a 5-star is it doesn't have the capability to allow the user to update the phone number associated with the account. It's somewhat a hassle. The function buttons are less but it allows you to do basic transactions such as fund transfers to banks. I have not tried with Gcash, etc. Receives funds I sent myself from my USD bank quick (via WorldRemit), was also able to send funds to another accounts free of charge! I loved that part! Please keep that! it is helpful! I hope you add the adding/updating of info on the accounts for additional ease of use for users.

Unable to access account options like fund transfer bill payments and card details the worst of all digital banks
Slow processing of remittance
Weekend processing of remittance to this bank is very slow. I have used BPI and UB before and they usually take about 12 hours until my remittance is available in my account even on weekends. It was only because LBP opened a branch with an ATM in my hometown when I decided to open an OFB account but I am somewhat feeling disappointed with their service to OFWs.
