It is so amazing because this is like no problems with it . There are some difficulties here and there but overall it is a great use for school.
Fabulous tech help
Sometimes I have trouble knowing where my troubles are. The Office Suite HD Meeting staff helped every time. I like to record meetings as presentations and the team helped with some of the fine tune aspects.
My only small issues was that it seemed hard to sign up for originally but they helped with that too.

Works great on my wobbly internet
Ever since iāve had to start working at home, The Internet has not been super reliable. HD meeting has performed well even when the bandwidth has fluctuated.
Hard to exit
Decent app, but itās almost impossible to leave a meeting. When I try to hit the button in the top-right corner, the screen goes black, like it thinks Iām holding the phone up to my ear. This is on an iPhone XR. I tried to leave this as feedback within the app, but when I submitted it, it just spins forever.

Better now than before
Itās getting much better than previous version. The phone numbers can be dialed if you click the righteous blank space. I guess the icon is missing. Also the new version has some new features that are pretty useful. So far no complaints. Btw I donāt use its chat so not sure how it is compared with others. Meeting wise itās pretty solid!

Dial in options not clickable
After the latest update, Iām no longer able to dial in via the app. The phone numbers are not clickable.
Other observations:
There is an automated driving mode, which appropriately prevents drivers from interacting with video content while driving. However, thereās not a passenger mode. This is necessary to listen or participate with video in the Amtrak cafe car, in an Uber or as the passenger of another vehicle. Please add this option. Clicking on the talk button is a bit cumbersome, especially when I also have to unmute via a phone call if I have selected to dial in.
Also, after closing the app and joining another meeting from the office, the app still places me in driving mode. After several app and phone restarts, the driving mode persists.

App crash
Only giving 1 star for same reason as others. Go to chat and the app crashes.
Chat Keeps Crashing
iPhone 8+ iOS 11.0.2
Every time I pull up a contact to chat the app crashes.
Changed to one star because thereās been no update to fix the crashing. It happens 100% of the time when a chat is initiated.
