Unreliable
Often cannot hear the party on a call, and oftentimes they get sent straight to voicemail without any rings on my cell phone.

Terrible Service
This app does not work. Everyday I have several missed phone calls that never came through. The voicemail access does not work consistently. My solution…tell my customers to just call me cell phone directly and bypass using this app. Very unsatisfactory!!!!
Not good so far
Super disappointed. The messaging is just not working well. Basically this is the reason I use windstream. Hoping it gets fixed fast. The old app had issues but worked most the time. This is no good. 😞

Completely waste of an app as the other kinetic app functions better, not the best but better than this app
