The platform states it takes 15mins to 2hours maximum but of recent all my transactions took a minimum of four days to complete. It is not appealing

Customer service is swift and efficient even on a weekend and credit is also fast plus this is the first time am giving any type of review online so believe me when i say its a perfect app

Unprofessional
Very unserious crop of amateurs with no respect for the rules and regulations binding them as a fintech by the FCA. High disregard for the law. Similar to GuavaPay. Run before they bolt with your savings
Great support
I had an issue with navigating some aspects of the app. The online support personnel was prompt, knowledgeable and really helpful. I was expecting a delay in response but the entire problem was resolved in less than 3 minutes. Very impressed.
Avoid at all cost
I have used ohent in the past and they were fairly decent, poor customer service and lack of communication. First I couldn’t find my account and then went to customer service and they requested for a bill which I provided and they hold me I can go ahead and find my account to make transfers.
I wasn’t told that upon funding my account that I would have to provide evidence for the funds.
It was not until I funded my account and immediately my money was held until I provide proof of fund. I provided my bank statements and I was told I have to provide a statement showing my transfer which is impossible as bank statements are generated on specific days of the month. Which means I have to go back to my bank to request interim statement which would further delay the entire process. I have asked that my money be returned back to me and they have totally ignore my request saying I must provide bank statements . Which I have already provided and a screenshot of the transaction showing my account number and name.
And also the daily transaction limit is 1 million naira with a fee of 1.99£ pounds which is a sick joke.

Transfers delay
I had a very disappointing experience using this app. A transfer I made was significantly delayed without any clear explanation. This caused inconvenience and concern about where my money was. Customer support was either slow or unhelpful. I expected a much more reliable service. Please improve transfer speed and communication.

Red flag
This has to one of the most unserious Money transfer app. I believe this is a front for a criminal outfit. Service is outright frustrating practically bordering on fraud. There’s nothing advertised that is true. They are lairs and time wasters. It could literally take them a lifetime to send money which should normally be done in minutes. I strongly suggest that this app should be take down and subject to FCA investigation. The AppStore should also investigate and shut this fraudulent business app down.

Scammer..this has been my worst nightmare..how will you a financial service turn out to be the once scamming people of there money ..during a compliance process.
I was asked to provide another person's personal identification documents — information that does not belong to me and over which I have no legal authority or relationship. But just for them to give me access to my money but after what took like for ever..you blocked the account with over 420pounds in it.got an email I will be receiving my money on the account in 8-11weeks
