Great service but horrible booking
I took the bus to get to work this morning September 10th and it came right on time, even got me to work earlier than expected which is great. Although, I have been having a hard time lately booking a bus the same day to be able to get somewhere and have noticed its more likely to happen when booked the day before, otherwise more times than not I get a message saying “this time is high in demand and there are no buses available in your area” which can be frustrating at times and sucks for someone that needs to utilize the transit.

Not good
Absolutely horrible service. It use to be great and you could get things on time. Can’t even book a time 12 hours in advance. Every time I try they’re always unavailable, the drivers are usually always late too. Definitely should get a proper transit service.
Never available
The tranzits are fast and cheap but most of the time I try to book even a few hours in advance there’s none available, they need more drivers.
Store closed
I was becoming a regular at a local shop. Didn’t know they had completely closed the shop.
Bus Driver took me to another shop, didn’t ask for another ticket.

the second coming of jesus is proof more likely than being able to book a few hours in advance and only a few drivers are actually nice
Okotoks bud transit
I cannot even book a bud two hours in advance to be able to go to school, I used to be able to book a bus right before I needed to go, now have to wait for an availability 3-4 hours later. Whenever I get onto these buses they only have 1 or 2 other people on and there are usually 8 available seats, so why aren’t they picking up everyone on their ruite so everyone can have a chance to get to where they need to be, if it’s a problem with the amount of buses, get more buses, don’t continue to have a bad system, cmon okotoks be better.

Really Okotoks
It’s never available I have tried to book hour and even days in advance no luck they always need up coming to my address, they never pick up more than one person to make it so more people can get on. NO instead I have only ever seen one person on a transit with me making everyone have to wait to get a transit if there lucky. If rather they picked multiple people up so more people can get on, it’s a failed service to me

Thankful and Grateful
Grateful that we have this in Okotoks. Big help to me and my family. With this, my children can attend their extra curricular activities and go home safely.
The App is crap
I expected a better app for economizing the ride, the app sends drivers all over town and doubles back on its self which does really economize and reduces fuel. Rarely are buses full and yet from what I have read to be economical there needs to be at least 7 riders per bus otherwise your not even paying the driver. Clear the service is built around ripping off governments.

I’m so thankful and appreciate a lot all the drivers and service of the Okotoks transit it’s so convenient and always on time to pick me up and drop off where I am going thank you so much. To everyone out there take the transit bus as it is the best service in Town of Okotoks .
Amazing Service!!
I have been using the transit for just over one week. I believe that I have met every driver and am beyond impressed. Each driver is professional, friendly, helpful, and on time. I couldn’t be any happier with the service they provide; especially considering the cost which is very reasonable considering they pick you up and drop you off door to door rather than pre determined bus stops.

Wonderful service!
Great service- door to door! Drivers are friendly, always on time. They pick you up and drop you off with a smile. App is very user-friendly and efficient.
Poor app
When it wasn’t so popular at first it was great. Now I have to walk 3km to go to school because I cannot get my bus thag usually would come. 80% of the time I need a bud in general it is always fully booked. I haven’t used the busses since November because of this. Fix your stuff Okotoks

Review of app and service
The app needs work. Very often I cannot book rides on Wednesday or Thursday for work. Specially in the afternoon; so I have wait for my husband to be off work and pick me up or walk the two an half miles home. Even when I know my schedule early I have trouble booking rides. My question is there ever 8 passengers on a bus at a time? Maybe bus routes would be better so that more people at a time could use the service. If there where routes going at regular times each day, it would be easier to get a ride.
The driver’s are all great and rare that they are late. I have always gotten to my places on time.
Three stars are for the app and I most of the time give five stars for the drivers!
