OTP doesn’t work
I’m looking for uber alts.
The sign up code to my phone doesn’t work.
Tried over many many days
Different phone config.
Made sure I selected Australia.
Yet still the Ap sends me NOTIFICATIONS! Even tho I’m not even signed up.

Useless app
The minute it rains, no rides are available. The app shows that it’s trying to find a driver but that’s only a false hope in which you waste time. The company should shut down
Does not send SMS to foreign mobile
What is the point of allowing entry of foreign mobile numbers when you cannot send Sms or call them to set up an account. Maybe learn something from Uber
Poor app
How the heck this app got 4.6 rating on iOS? Fake reviews and rating. Look at all latest ratings nothing less than poor one star. Downloaded this app on iOS and it doesn’t move past map for Ola. Uninstalled it 3 times and still no work around. Asked AI and was told since Apple ID is from us region the app won’t work. This is sick! Just look at all recent reviews stating same that app won’t go past maps. Poor developer and piss poor company response.

Ride is not ending in app.
My ride is not ending in app even though it ended and I paid for it. There is no option to raise ticket for that as you only give automated replies to set questions. No other support option
“Write to us”
I wonder how come this be a big ride hailing service in India, which can’t even provide a good support. For every issues it says “write to us” without even providing any contact on how to reach them. Functionality as simple as creating account has issues in the app. It says that too many accounts in the device when I just installed the app now.

No otp code for sign up
Tried 3 times but they never sent out otp code for sign up. Went with Uber
Rider app is a scam, not reliable and unprofessional
Auto drivers use the app for customer acquisition and then quote their own price, whats the point of the app? Cabs are unclean, when you book premier cabs, they send you the same used cab, but they charge higher prices, 2x prices and also expect a tip? The cancellation rate is crazy high, you book 6 times to get one confirmed cab. There’s no respect for the customers, and no integrity from the drivers. It’s as frustrating as it gets. There’s a rider mafia, and these apps are helpless in front of the drivers. Overall, a very very poor experience, not sustainable if you don’t own a car here. You’re at the mercy of these greedy, unprofessional drivers and the company has done nothing to rein them in.

App is unusable, it does not send an OTP for the initial setup if you have a US phone number.

Can’t even sign up
OTP stage doesn’t even work for UK numbers, so can’t get passed the first step, code never sends no matter how long you wait.

Is anyone els having trouble even logging in I litterly have been trying to get a code to my phone for so long this is why everyone uses u er because I can’t even log in and iv had an account with these guys before
Cannot Even Create an Account
I tried creating an account on Ola due to an upcoming trip, but their SMS messages never go through. I asked for a call, which at first was intercepted by iOS call screening leading to me only getting two digits. I asked for a second call, which I received. However, Ola claimed the code was expired, and now I cannot request any more calls! Ola keeps saying, “sorry, we’re unable to serve your request,” when I ask for an OTP via call now. This is ridiculous.

App shows map but no options
iOS App just showing the plain ola map at the current location. No other menu or navigation items, no search box to enter address. Just plain map layer. Tried re installing but the problem remained the same. Not sure if it's problem with USA number, though ola says it supports USA numbers.

Installed and reinstalled app multiple times but not working. All I see is the map but no other information or options for booking. The map is also not interactive.
Driver denies pickup. But cancellation fee charged on me.
Very difficult to get in touch with customer service and dispute the cancellation fee even when it’s the fault of the driver .
Bad service
It takes so long to book ride driver also cancel ride and ask for extra money
