My picky eater my Fitzgerald
My Fitzgerald really likes this food which is unusual. We did try farmers dog and little Caesars so we’ve been through a lot of foods but he does don’t have to force him to eat which is very good for me thank you so far

Box delivery date…
My app is still showing the last box delivery date of June 18th. It is July 24th and I already received the box for July. Deleted the app and now reinstalling it. Hope it gets my account back to normal.

Our big still growing 170lb puppy Great Dane absolutely LOVES Ollie’s wet food. Very convenient for it to be frozen to ensure that we don’t waste any.
Picky eater?
I have a chihuahua that is a picky eater. I switched to Ollie after hearing about it on the Tooth and Claw podcast. My pup doesn’t leave a drop of this food in his bowl. Thank you Ollie!

Asked me about the app I’m trying to figure out I’m not use to these very much.
My German Shepherd likes her food she has sensitivity to tocopherols so fresh food is our option, she has the lamb and turkey and the chicken we use farmer dog, so we are waiting and watching .

No way to cancel
You are unable to cancel a subscription through the app. My pet passed away and I’m dealing with enough already and now they’re making it more difficult to stop a subscription in an already stressful time.

Bad business practices, I question their integrity
The packaging is wasteful.
Very high price for DOG FOOD, and I cannot justify spending more on my dog’s food than my own food. I can easily cook it at home.
The app is not user friendly.
They hold the credit card hostage. I was not given an option to delete my credit card.
I was not asked IF I want a subscription, they just scheduled to take a future sum of money automatically out of my account. Bad business practices, I question their integrity

Great food, great customer service
Our dog loves his Ollie food, he has been eating it for about a year now. We’ve had a few delivery problems, but customer service made it right every time! A+++
I will mention I feel like there is a little more gristle in the food, in fact one pack of pork had 3 pieces that could have harmed our 6lb dog, one piece was actually sharp. The only way I found this and thank goodness, is because I roll the food into bite size meatballs. Much easier for the flat faces Shih Tzu. Still very happy with Ollie, I just watch for gristle now.

This company implements every tactic to make sure you can’t cancel or know about your shipment. I hate them

Price
My dog loves it, but prices have increased so much. It’s now going to cost me $300/month. Outrageous!!!
Good, but not for me
Before discounts you’re looking at $182 for 14 meals. Currently I feed two dogs per month at that price. The discounted price for initial delivery is close to what I pay cooking for my dogs daily.
I know that I’m feeding them properly based off my research, their weight, health, and their veterinarian.
The app has issues signing in using the application on iPhone.
I want to log into the app. Pick what I want. Pay, and go about my day. While shopping in any grocery app that is what you do, but this app ask for too much information. When purchasing items though any grocery app is not asking me my weight, how active I am and so on.

Get a clear pricing of x amount of dollars per month, how many meals per day that is, and the weight of each meal to give consumers a clear view of what we’re subscribing to.
