Took the money can’t watch bad customer service
I purchased the Olympia package early so I could see the amateur live as well. The money came out of my account immediately and I went to log in and it didn’t show that I purchased . I emailed for Help a terrible
Process of them just trying to get you to avoid emailing only to get stock email
Replies that are not even human . They didn’t reply and the one reply they have was so confusing not even sure I’m getting the refund . Nevertheless will not purchase again and it’s really sad for that much money it’s actually the worst lighting and live stream every single year anyway out of the other shows that are cheaper and overall better quality .

This app is clunky- it is not organized very well. For the PPV version I could not access here despite being logged in. When I was able to on another device there was no schedule of events. They need to fix this in the future. Schedule and better organization.

Only historic shows. I’ve paid for live view of the 2024 Olympia, and expecting to watch it in the app, and the show isn’t there. Rubbish…same last year. Why don’t they upload the show after it’s finished?

Comprei o pacote pra assistir todos os shows ao vivo e só 4 foram liberados. Perdi o evento que eu queria assistir, tentei falar e mesmo assim não me respondem no e-mail. Não recomendo o app e nem a assinatura da plataforma. Péssima experiencia.

When it works, it’s fine (video and audio quality is substandard), but I have issues opening past recordings. The app keeps telling me that the Saturday morning pre-judging hasn’t started yet. It’s currently 3:55 p.m. as I type this. Not too happy about spending $80 on the PPV and not having access to what I want to watch when I want to watch it.

Always missing shortcuts
App is always missing shortcuts so you can watch the events. Customer support is usually very late to respond. Save your money and watch the highlights on YouTube. I bought this PPV 4 years in a row to support but this is my last time.
