Best decision of my last decade, as I suffered a lot of injuries, it’s been hard to make sure I’m lifting right, this app helps me get my form correct so my over compensating for injured don’t make my injuries worse. I hate having another human judge me so having the privacy of my phone app giving me the corrections helps boost my confidence in my lifting. 10/10
