Be careful!

Driver pretended to pick me up and charged me, though he didn't. I complained for days to the otaxi service for days and never received a single response. Horrible company, no customer support...

Foreign phone? Not for you!

Otaxi’s Yango interface does not send the SMS or WhatsApp registration code to foreign phones. Result: the app is unusable. Muscat Taxi and Tasleem worked for me.

Just awful

The fact this is my first review should go just to show how horrendously awful this app is. It genuinely feels neglected. The most disappointing lacking feature is the inability to save locations. This is just a basic feature which many other navigating applications have.
