be honest here. The fact Omni hotels is sssocisted with this app and it misleads customers like I USED to b is just what Hyatt Marriott and the crew of companies that compete beg for. Omni hotels has gone Down a path that loonies like. They have started supporting their competitors with misleading And inability to get contemporary

Terrible
My favorite hotel chain has the worst app. Cannot figure out why they don’t have a customer facing app to make reservations, check status, etc. total waste of time.
Horrible.
The app does work and won’t let me log in. Coupled with unavailability of the reserved rooms, this is a horrible way to treat your customers.
Misleading title to app
This is not a customer facing app like every other significant hotel chain has. It seems to be a housecleaning app for hotel management or something. You’d think they would name it something that wouldn’t lead customers to think it’s a reservation and information app. Kind of makes them look dumb, and me feel dumb for wasting my time downloading it…

This is not the Omni Reservations app
I’ve read previous reviews and I saw some confusion. This is not for hotel reservations. It’s for the hotel to track their workers.
Why have an app if it does not work?

Can’t use it. Keeps saying a need client id to get into it and it wouldn’t let me set one.

The app isn't functioning so I'm not sure why it even exists.
App doesn’t work
I tried to log in with my Omni ID. The app said it didn’t recognize me. I called the Omni toll free number, and was first told that they didn’t have an app. When I I said I’d downloaded it from the Apple Store, I was told that the app is in development and doesn’t work yet, that it’s just a placeholder for now.

Wrong App Library folder?
Why does iOS place this into the App Library’s “Produtivity & Finance” folder instead of the “Travel” folder like other hotel apps? Annoying.
