Does not pair with iPhone
This app does not want to pair with my network after I add the access code, no matter homing times I have installed this app after removing it.

The app is next to useless for communicating with the charger. It works then it doesn’t.
Don’t even bother
This app is garbage and the customer service is worse. It refuses to connect to the Ford app. Do yourself a favor and buy a cheaper charger and just use the Ford app to control your charging.
Can’t Connect to Ford Pass
The app stalls when trying to connect to my Ford Pass account. Followed all the instructions, connected via Bluetooth to the charger, connected it to the wifi (even independently confirmed a strong signal to the charger through my router), but the last step always fails - can’t connect the charger to my Ford Pass account. Called customer service multiple times. They’re very polite, but no one there can fix this issue. They claim they’re going to escalate, but no one has called me back. Some of these reviews go back years. Ford clearly doesn’t want to solve this problem. Don’t buy a Ford charger.

Can’t pair
Can’t pair to the station; tried multiple phones and tablets. No indication of any support information. Would give it zero stars if I could.
