It a scam guys before you do your KYC they charge you either 250 or 600 depending on the package you choose. After buying that package you will still not be able to do tou KYC i have been trying to do since 4-5 days its stuck on “Verification Pending “ and you cannot even contact they if you didnt subscribe to the 600 rupee plan

The worst

The worst customer support they don’t even pick up the call I want to close my account and I gmail them and they said we cannot accept any action from different gmail but I can provide all the verification document but they don’t accept anyway I chat with them through the app and they don’t even see my chat request I hope they fix that

UI Redesign Needed

Please improve the UI. It feels outdated and genuinely frustrating to use. Take inspiration from clean, modern UPI apps like BHIM, PhonePe, or even Fampay. The current OmniCard interface is cluttered, unintuitive, and honestly takes away from the overall experience. A fresh, polished design would make a huge difference.

This app is a big scam. When you will add your money and after some days of using this app is will start showing action not allowed and this is showing in my account from last 3 months and I am not able to send money and make payment to anywhere
