App not working on IPhones
The app will not work on my iPhone and that basically makes the system useless. Looking for help here
I love my sensors
These sensors, smoke detectors have saved my home at least three times in the first year that I bought them. I had a pan sitting on my stove and I have very finicky knobs on my stove and if you lean into them sometimes it’ll turn them on. my son leaned down on to it and turned it just a little bit and it was just enough to turn it on and the pan on the stove got so hot. It was a glass casserole pan and it got so hot that it started smoking, which set the alarms off which notified my phone I was able to rush back to my home, and when I did there was a roll of paper towels sitting on the counter next to the stove that was almost engulfed in flames, and had it not been for my sensors alerting me I would’ve lost my home. I absolutely love the sensors and I would recommend them to everyone.

Super easy app to use and gives me peace of mind knowing everything is good at home when I'm at work!
App not working
Tried to update contacts when the system goes off and we can’t even get the app to open up to make changes. It keeps “loading”. Not happy, being we spent A LOT OF MONEY for this system.

Selling product worldwide should have a setting for Celsius temperature. This is frustrating for non-US markets

Just got the system today. So far so good, it detected a leak under our kitchen sink I wasn’t aware of immediately lol expensive but extremely worth it. Anyone know how to change from F to C on the app? I forgot to ask 😅
Love our OmniShield home safety system!
We loved the system so much we bought 3! On for our house and cottage and one for our Son & his family! I could never trust our safety to a hardware store smoke detector!
Was nice but now the app won’t open
I used to really like the app but this week I’ve noticed that the app seems to have stopped working. It closes/crashes every time I try and open it. Reloading hasn’t seemed to help either - disappointing since the whole system isn’t cheap - I had much higher expectations.
Peace of mine
I do not believe anyone understands peace of mind that I have now that I can look at my home at any time I can see that it is protected and that all instruments are working at top proficiency with no monthly service charge. And also be a notified that it anytime my love ones or my home is in dangeris truly peace of mind.

My safety advisor set up Omnishield for me and it works great. My wife doesn't even have the app and she still gets text messages. My son tried giving me another smart alarm last Christmas and we never got it to work right. These were not cheap but very high quality and work great so far.

I've used several different smart-home Apps/interfaces and the OmniShield App is the easiest to navigate and understand. Their corresponding hardware is very well made and attractive. So far, I'm very impressed!
