To set up an account, please contact us at support@oncallcentral.com or call us at 1-855-5-ON-CALL. Our team will be happy to collect the necessary information to create your customized account. If your practice has already signed up for our service, your practice administrator should have access to your login information. If you encounter any issues accessing your account, please reach out to our support team using the contact information provided above.

Thank you for the bug report. This issue was fixed in the 1.0.10 release and should no longer be an issue. If you have any additional bug reports, or suggestions as to how we could improve the mobile app, please contact us at support@oncallcentral.com. We see those comments almost immediately, and it gets the fastest developer response.
