Active Threat Alert Not Working
A few minutes ago an active threat drill alert was just sent out. I received the alert on my phone however when I clicked on it for more information it took me to a website about an old general crime warning dated Dec 3, 2024. Since that 12/3 crime warning was issued whenever I click on new alerts I’m never able to get more information about the current issue. It always takes me back to the 12/3 warning (even when I try for several minutes after the warning is issued) giving the system time to update. This is not a new issue and has been an ongoing problem for the last few months. What if this was a real active threat and I needed to know what to do or where to go??! Please fix this and update the app!

Cmon guys
For being a STEM school, we have a barely functioning dumpster fire of an app. I just want to see what’s on the menu at the dining halls for my macros. I can’t even get that. NC State, please allocate $100 bucks from my tuition to fix this app.

Legit crashes at least 6 times before I can open it once I’m in the app it then takes me, god, and the disciples to keep it open long enough to get what I need from it. You’d think an engineering school could make a good app but they must have had volunteers make these apps cause they’re all trash but you do need them. Just get ready and set aside 5-30 minutes to get it open and decide if you really need the info out of it or if you should just try google first. If I had a dollar for every time it crashed I wouldn’t be in debt instead I’m just broke and patient. I’ve also only had the app 3 weeks cause I’m a freshman so think about that too.

When I open the app after few seconds it crashes even the update is useless.
Bugs in Course Schedule
Section for looking at course schedule is no longer functioning correctly or up-to-date. Also section for dining menus is also incorrect or loads the wrong days.
Used to Work
It used to work fine and was a nice app to have on campus. Now it crashes every time I open it up.
This update ruined everything.
You are unable to search buildings after this update. It's the best feature of the app and no it's gone. It'd be great if someone could fix that

Well design
This app is excellent. Exactly what I would expect from NC State. As a incoming freshman I have been able to explore the campus, find out where things happen, view recent news, and as a student with allergies, this app even shows me where I can go and what is safe to eat at the dining halls. I am very impressed by this application.
