Arrow keys do not work
I want to use the arrow keys to move from page to page within a book. This works in Diligent and in the OnBoard web app, but not here. Support staff told me that’s the way it’s designed.
Problems when approving
Getting an error when approving a document.
Crashes every time
No longer works on my Mac. Crashes consistently, every time I try to open it.
Voting and motions
Needs work on the motion side.
Annotation tool
Clumsy and inefficient to use. Does not stay open on selected tool - need to reselect every time.
Mediocre platform
I find Onboard to be a rather unwieldy, clunky platform for meetings. It is not particularly user friendly. To navigate it takes time and moving between materials or printing certain pages of a board book is not easy.

Onboard is an amazing tools that really helps our organization be more productive.

PROBLEM + FIX DOESN’T WORK - ACCESS TO MATERIAL

Good value and easy to use
We’ve been using this software to manage our board meetings for over 6 years and find it very easily and intuitive to use. When we assessed the various options we thought that this offered very good value.
Using OnBoard
I am able to read and navigate well, but it would be nice to be able to track my reading progress when reading my board reports over several days. I’d also like to be able to make notes on each report and have the note still available on the report when going back to review the same report.
Not impressed
Our meetings now take 3 times longer to run then before we got it. App keeps changing how to vote. Not impressed.

Cumbersome. Keeps asking same questions when I sign in (like trust this device, even tho I say yes). Not easy to find things.

Problems opening
Couldn’t open the book
Crashes, even after reinstall.
I also had to remove the app to be able to use the web app because that login kept driving to the MacOS app.... which would then crash again.
App no longer works on my iphone
I have lost the functionality of the app on my iphone, but my profile and access still work on desk tops. Very strange.

The worst of the board apps, but the cheapest
Lacks loads of the functionality of other Board apps. Being cheap doesn’t mean it is worth it.
So easy to use
I was leery of learning new technology, but this app is so incredibly easy to use. I wish our board would have switched to Onboard sooner.
Too buggy on M1 Mac Mini
Completing forms within OnBoard meetings using a new M1 MacMini consistently crashes the app. Work still needed for this new cross compatibility mode to get it stable.
I would be lost without it
All of my organizations, in one place. Easy access, whether I am on my phone, tablet, or laptop. Can’t imagine where I would be without it.
