So far it sucks

It doesn’t tell you how to apply using One Pass for a membership at a gym. It only links you to the gym’s website. The choice of activities to log externally is very limited. You cannot log water workouts. can’t pair Google Health premium with my phone. The instruction and coordination is absolutely terrible. Not User Friendly

Horrible Login Process

Constantly logging me out and then having to reset my password.

Not user friendly

It’s very basic and I can’t find the perks for my membership. Your perks tab is not available on the app.

One pass review

This is the worst app and service I have ever used

1 Star

The One Pass app is extremely frustrating to use. I have to sign in multiple times before it finally recognizes that my login information is correct. It’s not a password issue—the app just doesn’t seem to process the credentials consistently. An app that’s supposed to make things easier shouldn’t require repeated login attempts every time. This needs to be fixed because it’s a terrible user experience.

needs improvement

Conveniently cannot cancel from app. Amount of lead time to cancel is pretty ridiculous. Typical way to squeeze an extra few bucks out of customers. Would “Pass” on this service.

Web page, not app.

It’s only here to scrape info from you

Horrible management

You cannot manage this app at all everything is so confusing it’s horrible. The developers who worked on this app should feel ashamed anything I attempt to do takes me forever to figure out. You can’t even change your payment type there is no option what so ever very disappointing app.

Average app, perks & gyms are declining though 🤦🏻‍♂️

Was a good selection of gyms but the very very basic plans. Chuze gyms just told me I could only use the original location I signed up with. That must have just changed in the last few days. I would imagine more May do the same! It was nice to go to a gym closer to my job, my school or when in a different town, but now it is getting limited! :(

I can’t book anything

I can’t book anything

Have never been able to access it

Can’t tell because I can’t use it. I have tried several times and every single time it tells me I’m taking too long and times me out. There’s no point in calling any of the phone numbers because the only option they offer you is to give you your membership number which I already have.

The Worst

Used a lot of fitness programs through Medicare advantage providers for nearly 10 yrs, and so far this is the absolute worst. There’s no search for local gyms, no linkage to the gym’s app, no incentives for x number of workouts/wk or mo, nothing of benefit or guidance. Not even a single word about the heart rate zones that look nothing like any I’ve seen in my fitness apps. I thought apple fitness was horrible until I found this app via my plan provider. Only thing of benefit is the IDnumber.

Great options, constantly need to login

Every time I launch the app, I’m forced to re-authenticate, with full 2-step auth, despite checking both the “remember my username” and “trust this device” boxes.

DOESN’T. WORK.

Whatever this is, it’s completely broken. It doesn’t fit the full screen. You have to log in with username, password, and phone number, but there’s no keyboard so you have to type in notes app and c/p it into the app. Then it told me I didn’t have access to the portal when I do on the website. Just useless.

Worst

Very confusing. Very complicated you have to keep signing into this and that.

Great workouts

Amazing workouts! I’m new to working out (at 32 years old) and these are really great workouts! I didn’t realize I could get my body moving in so many different ways at home that actually make me feel the burn and sweat. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

No way to cancel

I’ve searched high and low, looked at the chat topics, and there is no simple, straightforward way to cancel this membership.

Inconvenient App

Service itself is amazing, the app is difficult and inconvenient. There’s no option to stay logged in or enable biometric login. There’s selection “trust this device” does nothing because you have to receive a one time passcode every time. If you want to do anything for your plan or membership, you can’t do it within the app, the app just opens a portal to the mobile website which makes you put in your username and password and receive a One Time Passcode again. There’s pretty much no point to having the app, just go to the mobile site since that’s where you have to do everything anyways
