Terrible

Being forced to use this. I’m considering quitting my job because of how bad this app is

Does not work

Possibly one of the worst apps I have ever used on an iPhone. It doesn’t work most of the time. Cannot send media from my device. Voicemail transcriptions are almost always wrong and often have incorrect phone numbers even when clearly annunciated by the caller. Often crashes without warning and just disappointing overall.

Response from developer

We appreciate your candid feedback, and are sorry you’ve had a disappointing experience with the OneCloud Mobile App. We have a couple of clarifications that may help: - Chat & media: The mobile app doesn’t include chat or media-sending. If those features are essential, OneCloud Connect offers a richer messaging and collaboration experience. - Transcription/AI: Voice transcription is enabled at the UCaaS platform level (not inside the app), and like all speech recognition, it can sometimes miss words. We recommend reviewing the audio when accuracy is critical. We’d appreciate the chance to make this right. Please reach out to our Support Team and we’ll help adjust your configuration or transition you to OneCloud Connect if that’s a better fit.

Consistently Glitching

This app promises a functional experience. Unfortunately it doesn’t work more than it does.
The SMS text function freezes constantly and makes it unusable.

Easy to use

I use this app to make business calls. It’s easy to use and has replaced my desk phone.

Works great!

We love it!
