I used this in Amsterdam airport, returned within 10 minutes to the exact spot and they claim they will not return the deposit despite providing evidence.
Glitchy
The app is often glitchy and unresponsive when trying to access or return power banks. This has resulted in bank chrges being incurred and deposits not being refunded. Avoid.
DO NOT USE: Absolutely garbage service
This is a horrible service and I would not use again. It’s a scam operation dressed as a business. They were rude to me in customer service and basically told me I’m not so many word that I should go fuhhh myself. Their chargers are either unavailable or they don’t work. Yeah. Do not use horrible service and will be filing complaint against them.
