I used this in Amsterdam airport, returned within 10 minutes to the exact spot and they claim they will not return the deposit despite providing evidence.
Glitchy
The app is often glitchy and unresponsive when trying to access or return power banks. This has resulted in bank chrges being incurred and deposits not being refunded. Avoid.
DO NOT USE: Absolutely garbage service
This is a horrible service and I would not use again. It’s a scam operation dressed as a business. They were rude to me in customer service and basically told me I’m not so many word that I should go fuhhh myself. Their chargers are either unavailable or they don’t work. Yeah. Do not use horrible service and will be filing complaint against them.

J’utilise OneFlash depuis un moment et c’est vraiment top. Plus besoin de galérer quand mon téléphone est à 5 %, je trouve une batterie en 2 clics et je peux la rendre n’importe où. Will not work
This app will not allow for me to change the country to enter my phone and sign up. My phone was nearly about to die and I needed help and this is a failure of a system.
Bug regarding code confirmation
No confirmation code sent to number no matter how many times I tried meaning the service was completely unusable.
Activation code
Tried to use the app but the activation code was not coming through via sms. An email log in option would be better
Inoperable
Cycled through half a dozen times. Never received a code, so can’t judge the experience beyond that.
Batterie
Bcp de batterie ne sont finalement pas bien chargée, le système ne détecte pas lorsque l on remet la batterie en place, à revoir
