Excellent Auto Feeder for 2 cats
I love this product. It has helped my cats to be able to get multiple feedings in a day even while I’m at work. Previously, they were free feeding and one of my cats was getting too heavy and having some issues. Now he’s back in great shape and not having the issues anymore. I highly recommend it for working parents.

I have a PF10 feeder and the troubleshooter is only for the older models. Well, it is great that you are updating your app. You need to update all components of the app. As a result, I cannot use Wi-Fi even as instructed with 2.4 GHZ. I have to use my personal hotspot which sucks up phone battery. Also, I would recommend adding the power supply remaining to the app. Well, it is great that it monitors the food source. It should monitor the battery source as so that if you are going to be away for a day, you can plan ahead and put the feeder on a charger

I cant get past the sign up part
It is forcing me to choose a region and when i go to choose one, it never loads. So I cant get passed the sign up.

I really like this device, it so convenient for when you have to leave for work vacation or just anything you can still make sure your pet is being fed, you can control how much they eat and especially if your in a rush and don’t have time to feed your pet the Oneisall takes care of all of that so I highly recommend.

Je suis pleinement satisfait de ce distributeur de croquettes qui est connecté en wi-fi et en 4G 5G. En plus, c’est l’un des seuls qui permet de mettre des croquettes de 1,8 mm, et c’est bien pratique pour ma pépette, petit chien, la nouvelle mise à jour, apporte énormément de fonctionnalités. On peut enfin dire au logiciel que c’est pour un chien car avant c’était bloqué uniquement pour les chats et en plus on peut personnaliser beaucoup plus facilement mettre des photos qui étaient impossible Avant le seul encore mise à jour à effectuer, c’est la traduction en français qui est succincte. Recent update broke connectivity
The most recent update made the app forget about my connected cat feeder and now doesn't let me reconnect to it. It basically broke the device and made it useless for me. That's... unfortunate.

Once I figured out that my phone had to be connected to the 2.4ghz network, it connected easily and quickly. Love the app with all the details. All in all…. Very happy and would recommend

It was easy to set up with clear instructions, and you are able to configure the settings to your liking in terms of a meal plan for your cats. The app functions well and allows for ease and convenience when feeding your cats, especially when you are not around. Highly recommend this app and product!

We have two cats, and since we travel frequently, we wanted to get automatic feeders. After doing some research on Amazon, we decided to go with this brand. The setup and mobile app control are really practical and convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone with a similar need.
Simple and convenient
Slightly tricky to connect to my wifi as I only had a 5G connection and this required 2G, but once that was sorted it has been fantastic. It’s really easy to set up regular feeds, but also to drop extra food at any time. I work irregular hours, so it’s been brilliant to know that I can drop another portion of food if I’m going to be later than planned. I also like the ability to change the portion size - particularly helpful if you’re away for a longer period of time. All in all, really good for me and my furry family.
