Great Customer Service
I recently signed up for a subscription as I have read the reviews and am eager to try something different. It was late on a Saturday evening and I typed my email incorrectly and just did not notice. After everything was completed and paid I kept checking my email wondering why nothing came through. Lo and behold I realized I made a grave error. Frustrated I reached out to their customer service. I got an auto response indicating that hours were Mon-Fri Eastern time. I did not expect to hear back but before I was even awake on Sunday morning, Dan fixed everything. I appreciate how responsive and quick they were to resolve my error and look forward to a solid relationship.

Trustworthy group
This app wasn’t a great fit for me but the support staff was certainly willing to stand by their product and issue a full refund. The issue was the length of the sessions in the structured plan. I may have initially committed to 30 minutes a day during the setup process. I didn’t realize that sessions would almost put me to sleep in their peaceful and sleepy approach. I had 20 minutes to work on myself but this state was hurting my overall productivity. I looked for a way to lower the max session length but didn’t figure it out and put the app aside.

Service Responsiveness
So I decided Oneleaf was not to me and sent a message asking for how I could cancel my subscription and Dan sent me an email the same day. Very courteous and efficient. No hassle. Impressive service!

Disappointed with app and unexpected renewal charge
I was disappointed with my experience using the Oneleaf app. I didn’t find it particularly helpful or worth the subscription cost- I can see that other people have written similar reviews including the difficulties around the subscription renewal.
What frustrated me most was the automatic renewal. My subscription renewed for a significant amount without any reminder or prior notice, which came as an unpleasant surprise.
Overall, I don’t feel the app provided enough value to justify the price, and the lack of a renewal reminder has left me with a negative impression.

Where’s the hypnosis?
So far, it’s an annoying, possibly AI voice talking about healthy eating choices. That is not what I signed up for. The ad said hypnosis. That’s not what I’m getting. I did not get a free trial offer.
Beware!
Beware of the subscription. I was on a trial period. Suddenly £55 went out of my account. No warning. Am finding it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I still don’t know if I’ve been able to because it just kept throwing up pages with discounts of up to 70%. I kept declining the offers but it’s not clear if my request to cancel went through. Terrible.

Oneleaf works
I have been listening to the Oneleaf weight loss and sleep programs since May 20.
The weight loss program has helped me lessen my cravings, make better choices, and helped me be more confident in my weight journey.
I am also listening to the sleep program. I’m sleeping deeper than I’ve ever slept before (measured by my Apple Watch).
Would highly recommend these programs!

Great program and excellent customer service
The concept of neuroscience is interesting to me. Although some of the sessions did not quite resonate with me, I believe in the concept. I gave some feedback that they are taking under consideration. I decided to cancel at this time and I was promptly refunded. Their customer service is excellent. I will revisit the program at a later date.

Losing connection starts the audio over
So far this reminds me of a Noom type program. I don’t like when it drops my connection because then the whole audio starts over even though I only had 30 seconds left.
Good contents , app issues with AirPods
The content of the app is quite good. The integration with AirPods has issues. Noise Cancellation does not work with AirPods. I have to find a quiet place to listen which limits how much I can use the app. For reference, if I switch to another app, noise cancellation works perfectly.
These people are crooks, do NOT sign up for anything
Didn’t sign up, they stole hundreds of dollars from me. No way to contact them, get refunded, or cancel. DON’T do it.
Double charged no response
I was charged double for access and I’ve emailed twice, called multiple times and no response. Very frustrated there is less than zero customer service response.
Deceptive practices
The app isn’t linked through the Apple Store subscriptions page so you never see it in your list or have the opportunity to review/ cancel. I’ve noticed a lot of apps have started moving to “web based” checkouts not liked to your Apple account so they can continue to bill you ridiculous costs (60 a quarter?! Seriously?) that you see come through your bank statement but then can’t figure out how to cancel. And then won’t refund you and make you jump through *seven* cancellation screens before you can even cancel and I’m still not even sure it’s cancelled because I never got a confirmation. Absolutely deceptive. I literally downloaded it and then forgot about it it had promise but I won’t re engage based on how impossible it was to cancel it. Shady.

Great for Weight Loss
This app has been great in helping me to lose weight. It uses hypnosis, which works really well for me. I just listen to a short audio every day (some are only about 5 minutes, some are 20 minutes). I have not done anything else, no diets, etc, and I have already lost about 20 lbs. It has taken me longer than expected to lose the weight, but that’s okay with me. It works!
Also, they do respond when you need help. After a long time of it working fine, I was suddenly unable to get the app to work. Later that day, it started working again, but a couple of days later, someone from Oneleaf emailed me to make sure it was working again.
I say this is well worth the price. My weight loss has been pretty painless, and I think I will keep it off because I’m learning new healthier habits.

Great product, confusing app
The Oneleaf recordings are excellent. Very helpful and spans a wide range of topics. However, I wish it was easier to navigate away from the progressive curriculum. I like to do them spur of the moment, sometimes on a time crunch, and it can be difficult finding a recording that fits the topic and time length. If they make the app easier to use and navigate, I’d give it 5 stars.
