I always prefer oneway cab bookings.. They are always on time as scheduled. No ride cancellation issues. They provide good customer online support 24*7. And they have all type of cars available with cheaper rates and good quality cars.
Worst service and not receiving call after booking
Very disappointing experience. I booked the cab well in advance, but the driver did not arrive at the scheduled time. Despite multiple attempts to contact the driver and customer support, no one answered my calls or provided any update. There was no communication regarding the delay or any alternate arrangement.
This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially when I had to travel on time. A cab service should value its customers’ time and provide reliable support, but unfortunately this booking failed on both counts.
I would not recommend this service unless they improve their punctuality and customer support.

Excellent service from start to finish! We went to Bhimashankar from Nashik. The driver was polite and very professional. Bad experience
I booked a cab in advance and was charged upfront for the future booking. However, no cab was provided, and my advance payment was not refunded. I had a train to catch, so it was extremely difficult to arrange alternative transportation at the last minute.
I called customer support multiple times, but no one answered or returned my calls. Later, when I contacted them again to request a refund of the advance amount, I was told that it was not possible.
This was a very disappointing experience due to the poor service and lack of customer support.

Booked Oneway Cab for an outstation trip recently, and I’ve also used their one-way service twice before. Every time, the experience has been really good. The cabs were clean and comfortable, and all the drivers were polite, friendly, and professional. I’ve even recommended Oneway Cab to several of my friends, and they have also had a great experience.
Just one small suggestion: it would be really helpful if there was an option to book the return journey while making a one-way booking. That way, customers can plan both sides of their trip in advance, have a hassle-free experience, and enjoy their trip without worrying about booking the return ride separately.

I started using taxi booking through this app recently. Except for one case; taxi quality is fantastic. The most admiring thing is that taxis are coming before time so no worries to get delay. All the times drivers found well dressed & with safe drives. However problem resolution time on app is longer & also updation and communication need some improvement.

Used the can from Vadodara to Ahmedabad. Excellent service. Driver reported 10 min. in advance. Can was clean both from inside and outside. Good condition of can. Driver was good. He was driving safe and within speed limits. I will keep using one way cab for my future rides.
They are good but not reliable
I booked a Tata Innova for next day 9 AM pickup. Time passed 9 and there’s no cab. When I called them, it seemed that they have been looking for a bigger SUV but not able to find. Ultimately I settled for Ertiga which is one size smaller and finally left my house at 10AM. My point is they are not proactive in communication. If I ahad to catch a flight I would have definitely missed it because of them.

The overall experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a travel service. When customers book a cab in advance, they expect reliability, timely service, and proper support during emergencies. Unfortunately, One Way Cab failed to meet even these basic expectations.
I would not recommend this service to anyone. There are many better and more dependable alternatives available. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid booking with One Way Cab.

Very disappointing experience with this app. I was charged twice for the same ride, once through the app and once directly to the driver via UPI. My initial payment did not reflect due to what appears to be a system issue on their side, which led to a duplicate charge.
Even after sharing clear proof of both payments multiple times, there has been no refund or proper resolution.
The lack of action, combined with repeated delays and no accountability, raises serious questions about the company’s integrity and transparency. When clear evidence of an overpayment is ignored, it undermines trust in both the payment system and the platform itself.
At this point, it is difficult to reconcile how such a basic refund issue can remain unresolved, which significantly impacts confidence in the service.
Users are advised to be cautious when using the app for payments.

Not Professional and not customer centric
I booked a cab early morning for pickup at 11:55 AM. Driver was assigned at 11:50 AM, when they say that driver will be assigned 2 hours before pickup time. This is after multiple follow ups as well. Worst thing assigned driver would take 2hrs 20 mins to pickup point. Also, they said refund would be provided in 3 to 5 hrs, but it is more than 24 hrs now, still no refund has been provided. Would have given negative rating if possible.

I’ve used OneWayCab multiple times for inter-city travel and it’s a lifesaver. You actually pay only for the one-way drop instead of the full round trip. Drivers are professional, cars are clean, and the fixed pricing (including tolls) makes it very transparent.
