Booked Oneway Cab for an outstation trip recently, and I’ve also used their one-way service twice before. Every time, the experience has been really good. The cabs were clean and comfortable, and all the drivers were polite, friendly, and professional. I’ve even recommended Oneway Cab to several of my friends, and they have also had a great experience.
Just one small suggestion: it would be really helpful if there was an option to book the return journey while making a one-way booking. That way, customers can plan both sides of their trip in advance, have a hassle-free experience, and enjoy their trip without worrying about booking the return ride separately.

I started using taxi booking through this app recently. Except for one case; taxi quality is fantastic. The most admiring thing is that taxis are coming before time so no worries to get delay. All the times drivers found well dressed & with safe drives. However problem resolution time on app is longer & also updation and communication need some improvement.

They are good but not reliable
I booked a Tata Innova for next day 9 AM pickup. Time passed 9 and there’s no cab. When I called them, it seemed that they have been looking for a bigger SUV but not able to find. Ultimately I settled for Ertiga which is one size smaller and finally left my house at 10AM. My point is they are not proactive in communication. If I ahad to catch a flight I would have definitely missed it because of them.

Worst service avoid this cab service at all
The overall experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a travel service. When customers book a cab in advance, they expect reliability, timely service, and proper support during emergencies. Unfortunately, One Way Cab failed to meet even these basic expectations.
I would not recommend this service to anyone. There are many better and more dependable alternatives available. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid booking with One Way Cab.

The most reliable & affordable travel app
Oneway solved a problem which was certainly once a big hit on the pocket. Booking rides for just one side fare is simply great to have. I have been using this service quite often for outstation. The rides are economical, driver partners are well behaved and overall service is great.
I highly recommend Oneway cabs, the only thing they should work on is their App Experience, needs a revamp now!

Great service. Reasonable rates. There are no hidden charges; the total amount shown at the time of booking includes all the tolls and taxes as well. Unlike Ola and uber you don't get higher bill at the end of trip.. I have used the service several times till now and every times the drivers and cars have been good.
