Do not deliver what’s promised

Having difficulty so sent messages, never read nor answered. Weekly call not made, rang 2 hours earlier and left message but didn’t answer when I rang back. Billed me for a Nutritional plan, but I never received it. I am doing everything myself, so why do I need them and why am I paying for the privilege???
