If you have already signed up for Onpath let me just tell you how sorry I am that you have to deal with this kind of trash. If you have not, run don’t walk find another lender. This company is absolutely horrid. You will never be able to get them on the phone. They will ask you to verify yourself 300 times if you do get on the phone and then after that, they will hang up on you. They can’t spell customer service. With it written down in front of them. They really need to be ashamed of themselves for how they treat people.

We have been members of On Path for decades now. We had a debit card early on, have borrowed money and used all their service. We have always been satisfied. Thanks for your years of service. We are sad that the teller will be no more. We will miss that hometown community feel.

I have a notification that doesn’t seem to clear regardless of what I do.

I have a notification that will not go away. There’s no unread messages. I have even checked on the browser.

This bank is fraud every corner of the way. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.
Been working fine for years
The app has been working fine. Doesn’t offer anything but the bare essentials, and that’s fine. Recently there’s a notification badge that won’t go away. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app. No luck. It’s kind of annoying.

I cant even deposit money into my account! OnPath must be ran by Fred Flintsone why are there not ways to deposit money online??? Is this 2023 or is it 1985? I shouldn’t have to drive to Onpath just to deposit money into my account!!! This is extremely frustrating as a business owner! Why cant I link a checking account or zelle the money to my account. Im about to close my account and go to Jefferson Financial.

Cant make deposits in the app with ios16
Very frustrating but the camera feature is not working for the last week to make a deposit through the app. It asks me to rotate the phone I do so but the screen is grayed out
